Pick up was slow at this location and it seems like the staff doesn't know what they're doing at the cash. I ordered ahead and... it still took a couple minutes to get my things ready and pay. Very weird Read more
There was a mistake that they have cut my pizza despite the fact I have asked to no to cut. I have raised my concern and I... recieved a call from the manager who explained and reassured me that it would not happen again and advised me or good practicewhen I have special request on my order. I am so happy the my concern was addressed and the gentleman took time to call metwice. Another reason to be loyal customer. Well done. Read more
We ordered online and picked up our pizza from the Domino's. It was pretty easy and quick. The pizza is delicious! I put 4 stars... instead of 5 because we payed extra to have chicken on one side of the pizza, but the chicken pieces were not enough and wecouldn't really taste them. First of all people need to back off with saying the orders are taking too long because they are working hard. (Plus there are... only 2 or 3 delivery guys) If you guys actually stayed long enough to see how many orders they get all at once and how many ofyour phone calls are being answered you would have nothing to say. We are still in the middle of the PANDEMIC !! If nobody wantsto wait for a pizza knowing what is going on ,buy a frozen pizza at the store. The pizza is great and the customer service isfantastic! They kept apologizing for the long wait but I told them not to worry because I understand the struggle. I order from this location at least once and month so I feel like I?ve seen everything at this point. We?ve received ?pizzas... without sauce, ?with facelifts (where the toppings slid off) ?missing ingredients and even accidentally ordered a thin crustpizza, which is easily the worst of its kind. ????Don?t order it, I promise you it?s terrible. I plead for some kind ofreplacement but they wouldn?t budge at all, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, ?I don?t recall ever waiting morethan an hour for my foodz to arrive, which can?t be said for other food delivery apps. ?The online checkout process hasimproved, though different depending on what platform you use. ?The value is hard to beat as other pizza places I?ve frequenteddon?t tend to offer even remotely similar pricing. ?I?ve also noticed the quality of my orders have been improving, as pizzastend to be overcooked but was done just right the last time I ordered. Otherwise my interactions with the staff have beenlimited but never negative, and the drivers are always great.
