Been ordering from Duo for over 20 years now. For a 2 for 1 pizza place, there is nobody better to my knowledge. 5 stars in... price and quality. Now the rub. With COVID, they finally introduced online ordering. Great. First time order 2 pizzas with asmall fry. Forget the fry. Second time order 2 gyro pita trios (gyro / fry / drink). They forget 1 of the fries. 3rd time, order2 pizzas with a small fry, forget the fries. Okay, now it's time to call and complain. They're not going to drive out again for1 small fry (Cool, understandable). So they offer a $15 credit and tell me to call next time as the online ordering hasglitches. Fine. Call, give my number, no $15 credit. So they've now lied. Want 2 pizzas with a fry, they'll give the fry forfree. Know what, I'm reasonable, that's fine. So I place my order of 2 all dressed with bacon and small fry. Arrives, pay, wefinish off the first pizza and fries, second goes in the fridge. Next day go to grab a quick slice for lunch, there's no baconon my all dressed pizza. But they certainly charged me for it. I don't know what's happened in the last year or so, but theirdelivery service has definitely gone down hill and I cannot recommend it. Go and pickup the pizza and verify the order whileyou're there. They're still a great 2 for 1 pizza place and I will continue to order for the next 20 years if they stick around,but I'm definitely done with their delivery service. It's almost as if they take the opportunity of the dehumanizing process ofphone / internet ordering to purposely mess up your order. Sadly disappointed in this decline, especially when I rememberfondly those weekly D&D sessions, Duo Pizza right there with us each and every week for years. Read more

Let me tell you that when pizza and subs are my favorite foods and have tried it at many different places nobody comes close to... the quality of the ingredients and taste that I get from Duo Pizza. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It actually isthe best pizza in the south shore. Read more
We recieved the pizza with all the dressings fallen off onto the cardboard, after waiting for an hour.. Called back, they say... they will redo the order and I asked for a credit note to my file for my next order, I am told it's one or the other, so newpizzas in an hour or 10$ off my next order.. I explain that I cannot eat the pizzas I received and that a credit to excuse theinconvenience, plus what would have been 2 hours of waiting, but I am told again, it's one or the other.. I then ask to send thedelivery man back for a refund and they can have their dough with tomato sauce back since that's all there was left.. Theyaccept and the another delivery man comes about 30 mins later to refund my pizzas, I ask for my tip back too since it's thedelivery man's fault but guess what, they use an independent service so each man his own and he will not reimburse the tip sincehe didn't get in the first place so I end up having paid 5$ for well let's face it, nothing at all !
