This McDonald's is ridiculously trash. I stood in line for 20 minutes trying to pay for my order. Several employees and managers... came to the cash but only to grab receipts, I was not even acknowledged. I've worked at McDonald's before and I know this is nottheir customs. I understand it being busy but to not be acknowledged for 15+ is just plain bad management and customersatisfaction. This place needs new management or needs to shut down. Incredibly ridiculous. I would be embarrassed to be amanager working here. Read more
So dirty, too long to get a order. My order was gone from the order desk, but it was still in progress. We were waiting more... than 30 min 2 happy meal and two trio for adult. Not recommend this McDonald's Read more
Wish I could comment on the service but never got served. Got my ticket for two over creams and nobody seemed to know what... they're doing with regards to the cash. So I left after waiting way too long for something simple. Maybe I just wasn't luckythat day. Sorry. Read more
Worst experience I had with any Mcdonalds in North America. I came in and they said they dont take order from the counter. ok... understandable. Then what happens is that I order from the app and choose the option to just pick it up as Uber drivers arepicking it up as well. Went to pick up my order. Guess what? They asked me to go to the drive through just to pick up the orderI have that was already purchased via the app. I did Very miss managed store and it was very dirty and wet inside. Read more
Wow if you go to this McDonald?s they sure know how to put a burger together.
We ordered from the drive through and they missed some of our order. The manager Amelia was not able to help fix the mistake... but made me order again and wait inside. There was no effort to fix it quickly or help my experience with any offer like adiscount. I cannot recommend this McDonald's when Amelia is on shift. Read more
Check your order before leaving! Twice now we went through the drive thru and when we got home they either forgot an item or... two, no sauces and when we call they tell us to come back and get what they missed yet we paid for. Definitely going to afurther location from the house from now on. Read more
Not happy with the service at all. Was charged for wiping cream and not given. Instead of hot chocolate it was only warm milk,... they forgot to give the straw for the juice. Instead of a book in happy meal it was a toy that I didn?t ask. Completely donewrong my order. And all this for drive through so of course I didn?t come back after few km. Read more
