My go to pizza pizza locations as so far they've always managed to don't customized pizza right. Parking is not always the... best but that's because big the location. I always go here vs. other closer locations for that reason. Thank you. Read more
Worst pizza pizza I have been to. Every other pizza pizza offer mixed sauce on request. But the girl taking order denied that... they don't make mixed base sauce pizzas. Also, the girl who was supposed to take order was talking to someone inside the kitchenand came to take order after 5-7 minutes. Read more
I've been there twice. The first time, I called to order and the customer service told me I could order online, so I decided to... try their Web app. The web app has a couple problems when it comes to check out, sign up or sign into their system. However, ithas a lot of choice and allows you to customize your pizza from A to z. I created my own pizza (which was pretty complex). Aftersome tries I managed to place my order, which said that my pizza would be ready 15 minutes after the order was placed. I wentthere to pick up my order and it was 5-6 minutes late, so the guy who worked there told me that he could give me a credit on mynext order, but I wanted a refund because you can't use credit on online orders. He told me I could get a refund by callingcustomer service, which I did and got my refund. The second time, I place my custom order online and the pizza was ready beforethe 15 minutes delay (so no free pizza). The manager told me my previous order took long because of all the ingredients I used(if they can't make a pizza in 15 minutes then they shouldn't say that it's free if it's not ready after 15 minutes). He thentold me that the cook had to pay for my late pizza from his own pocket to make me feel bad about myself. I don't think themanager should tell that to their customers, and they shouldn't do that to their employees. However, the vegan options of thisplace are awesome! Read more
