Quality of customer service has definitely declined over the years. Used to be a fun study spot where?d they never get your... drink wrong and the staff didn?t look suicidal. Now, I actively avoid this location as I am often met with rudeness, or mistakeswith my drink almost every time (I order properly, I am a former partner). Not their fault as its management?s job to haveenough people on the floor and proper training, or maybe I go at the wrong times. Either way, don?t for too many modifications. Read more
The Tea latte was perfect. I tried the one before my work shift and one after. The taste and the quality brought me all the way... from Sainte Remi to This location and passing by other 4 Starbucks on my way. I strongly recommend tea latte for anyone nottried yet. Read more

You will never find a location more busy than this one in the entire area. The people who work here are precious. They work so... hard to meet the outrageous traffic that flows through their cafe and they remain kind and respectful to people who decide toorder, see the lineup and feel like they can still somehow complain about the wait. Amazing service! I hope Starbucks, themanager, and the regional folks know what a wonderful job they are always doing here. How kind and courteous they are and howmuch energy and effort it must take to work at this location. Huge thank you from myself and my family for always being a safe,happy place to go! Read more

I generally don't like leaving negative reviews. This review is in no way trying to blame the ordinary workers at this... location. I have ordered around 10 times from this location in the past 6 months and they have got my order wrong 8 times. Thatis 80% waste of my money. It looks like the staff are over worked and they just want to get the drinks out and they don't readthe order properly before preparing. Notably, once I ordered a decaf drink at around 9:30 PM and they gave me regular drink andI couldn't sleep the whole night. Starbucks needs to improve staffing and service. Read more
