Terrible experience. Messed up our orders, our bread was rock solid, I asked for a veggie sub and she didn't even change her... gloves after touching teriyaki meat. Old lady working alone on a Sunday couldn't hear me, took over 20 minutes to get 3 subs.And many times. I had to repeat the order toppings. Read more
Not a bad spot but sadly closes at 10pm. Curteous staff let us order just before she closed so I bump the score from 3 to 4.
I go to there almost everyday in the week since my school is next to it. Food is good and staff is nice. Lots of choices and... variety, even though everything has that "subway" taste to it lol. It's great though, quick and easy. Read more
I went today with some friends and mi wife (total of 6 people) We ordered 6 12inch. The lady in the counter told us that we need... to call 24h before to put an order like that. Then she told us that she will do an exception with us BUT the machine and theinvoicing was not working and we need to pay cash and no receipt. She was doing the subs really angry. Terrible service, never want to come back! Tuesday 7pm, took 10 minutes for the person to even address me, no customers in front... of me for at least 4 minutes, asked her what meats were in a sub, her answer "I don't know", got attitude when I said "noonions". The Brisk selection of the drink machine didn't work, asked her about it, her response " I don't know". I asked her torefund my trio as I do not drink soft drinks, walking away, she just walked away yelling "I don't know how". Then I got moreattitude when I asked for my receipt! We ordered toasted chicken teriyaki with chipotle sauce and grilled chicken ... The sauce was everywhere, the salad on each was... out of the sandwich, the sandwiches were wet and sloppy. The chicken teriyaki had Dijon sauce instead of chipotle... Both breadsweren't toasted as instructed. First time ordering there and last time. Do not waste your pallet and you wallet there.
