Came around 5am, place is open, there are adds for the plant based breakfast sandwich, full staff, not too many clients, asked... for the plant based patty, they said "it's not ready" I said ok, so how long it will take to make it? no one could give me ananswer looked at me as I am an alien for asking a question, was not available as it looks it takes hours to cook an impossiblemeat sausage patty.... (takes 5-10 min max when it's frozen...) made me a mocking face when I asked for almond milk in mycoffee. Proceeded with my order, get 2 coffees, croissant and chocolatine, they proceeded to put the croissant and thechocolatine in the same bag, now I have a nature croissant with chocolate all over .... and yeah, 1 coffee from last batch and 1fresh, had to throw away the old coffee as it was disgusting. Yup, not the fist time I had issues with this location. Not goingback there ever. No wonder why Tim Horton's is having issues ....... with employees like that :/ Read more
As a client services manager, I can be quite critical of service I receive ... and today's service in general has taken a... serious dive and it is frustrating! HOWEVER, at this particular location, which is a 15 minutes detour for me (even though thereis a Timmies right beside my office) the customer service is beyond what I would expect! It is a very busy location withnormally 8-10 vehicules in-line at all times (I usually go in the morning) but I NEVER wait, 3-6 minutes depending on the ordersahead of mine. The food is always fantastic (my Club à la Tim is always just right!!) and quickly prepared... I am so used togoing to their neigbours (who will remained unamed but sport golden arches as their symbol) where the wait times are ridiculous(20+ minutes for a simple trio) and there is almost always an error in my order! But NEVER at this Timmies!! Congrats to afantastic morning team and especially, the young man who takes the orders! Seriously, he is THE main reason I come here becausehe is so energetic, friendly, kind and just all-around one of the best! He starts off my day just right with his very bubblypersonality and I hope this message makes it to him because he needs to know that he brigthens my day each time I stop there andI am positive others feel the same way! The attendant was really unfriendly, not willing to help or give any suggestion. It wasn?t a good experience. I was also served... me a old and dry cake. The other staff seemed to be very competent, but they were more at the back. Read more
What can I say. The coffee is always good. When the donuts are fresh, they are excellent.
