Used to be decent. Now EVERY time food is messed up or burnt.
My wife daughter and I were in the car on our way home from a long day and decided to stop in to pick up some dinner. We ordered... using the online app and were just finishing our order when we pulled into a stall. They had our order ready and out to uswithin 5 minutes. It was great! Read more
They have been understaffed for awhile which is understandable but today was ridiculous. There was two other customers there... when I ordered a shake. It took over 30 minutes before I actually got the shake. I ended up having to push the button again andthey didn't even know that I had ordered or what I had ordered. They basically just said there was a new guy and a half heartedapology. There was several employees just standing around during our wait so it wasn't that they were busy or trying to help himlearn. I guess if you want to sit there and burn your expensive gas waiting for one item this might be the place for you. Read more
Ordered a Super Sonic #2, with mustard and mayo, took forever to get my order in between ordering and receiving my order,... another young lady came to the window trying to charge me for the vehicle behind me. Got my order home the patties were burnedbeyond crisp, and there was NO mustard, but had so much Mayonnaise that?s all you could really taste and that the top bun wascompletely soggy and falling apart and everything was falling out of it. It is literally ran by kids, didn?t see one singleadult. They best be glad that I live far enough away to immediately return it. $11-$15 an hour worthy huh? Read more
