Extremely disappointed in the service and how I was treated at this restaurant last night. I have been a customer of Lisa?s for... more than a decade, and last night placed an order for pickup over the phone. I had used the menu that is on their website forpricing but when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food and pay, I noticed that the prices were different than what was onthe menu - when I questioned them about that, they told me they have new prices and it hasn?t been changed on the website, thisnew menu was only available IN STORE (???). I had asked if they would at least honor the prices on the online menu. Apparentlythis was an obscene question because not only did they ignore me, they kept walking away and looked at me like I had 6 heads. Ifthis is how you conduct business, I?m ashamed. The wings were also not great - very very crispy and didn?t taste fresh at all.Not sure if there has been new management or maybe it was just the employees working last night, but safe to say I will betaking my business elsewhere and will be sure to not recommend Lisa?s . I hate to give a little local place one star, but they served me the worst buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had, and I know... buffalo style. They suggested I didn't like the bleu cheese. I love bleu cheese. I couldn't even swallow the one bite I took. Sorry Buffalo Grill. I promise I'll give you another shot. ???? Read more
Charge me way too much ($10) for plain chips on the side of my $7 chili and only suggestion was to give me a credit. I explained... I?m not from the area but that didn?t mean anything! Service is already bad, makes you not want to eat out ever again! Read more
I used to love that place and ordered there frequently. The food was always fresh and the server would actually get the orders... right. Not anymore. And I will not be returning. They started messing up my orders, burning my fries, and being obnoxious. Thelast straw was a young kid yelling at me when I pointed out my order was missing items that I was charged for. Then he proceededto tell me he was going to call the police. Please do yourself a favor and find another local place this one is not it. They areterrible and I will not be going back ever. Read more
Honestly the worst. Please beware !!! This place used to be good, great even a couple of years ago. However, throughout the... years customer service and food quality has diminished substantially.This is coming from a long time customer, who lives in thecommunity. I am interested in supporting small local businesses but when is enough, enough? Lets start with the customerservice, they hired a bunch of high school kids that curse and berate customers. When the establishment is in the wrong!! Youplace an order and it is ALWAYS incorrect and missing things. You order on a card and they get the numbers wrong and evenovercharge !! I've been ordering from here for over a decade and I am trying to WARN others!! There are other establishmentsthat have good wings. GO ELSEWHERE. On top of that, the prices have SKY ROCKETED! 4/5 for Lisa?s! I always order a Buffalo chicken wrap, flour and hot. I ordered sweet potato fries this time and they were... great! Crispy but could use some salt when still warm. Overall if you are looking for wings or wraps, it?s a great grab! Read more
I mainly come here for the Wings as I've been a regular for a couple of years. The wings can be a hit or miss. My guessing is it... depends on the cook who makes them or its the time of day they're being made. You can imagine near the end of the day, the fryeris probably filled with old grease. I try to make my orders as late as the early evening hours. I go for the Cajun style wingsmainly as I think that's the only dry seasoning they have. Never been a fan of overly sauced wings. On my last visit, the Cajunwings were really good, with just the right amount of seasoning. It seems you can now request for all flat pieces which isgood. Overall, the wings here are decent and worth a try. I don't order here as often as the wings have gone up in price overthe last year. They're also not as good as Buffalo Wild Wings (web orders), but they make a good alternative as they're closerto me. My rating is the overall experience I've had with the wings themselves over the last few years. Read more
Not sure what happened to this place - it used to be a go-to but the bad customer service, wrong items and Jesus pamphlet... included in the carry-out bag are a turn off. Ordered one type of salad and got something else with eggs & lettuce. Not evenclose. I was told to hold while they decided whether they would exchange it for the correct one. Since when did ordering an itemoff the menu and getting something different mean tough luck? Especially since my receipt backed up the correct order. Plus, theMinistries of Nuestro Pan Diario come to Jesus booklet they included was odd. Is this a thing now? Read more
