5 stars for being open. I visited Greenport on Labor Day for 2 nights and every other establishment in the town was closed,... really lame. But First and South was open and even had live music by a singing guitarist! The food and the service was great! Bonus points for having a NA Beer! The kale salad was good enough without the protein, and the dessert selection was yummy. Wehad the banana bread and homemade ice cream with sprinkles. Good food. Good service. Read more
5 STARS all the way! 10 out of 10! The food was fantastic there wasn't a single dish I didn't like. Everything was fresh and... made from scratch. You can tell they take pride in every thing they do especially thier food. Three different starters 2 entreesand a dessert. All the flavors worked perfect together I wish I lived closer. The definitive neighborhood spot. Always welcoming. Full of traditions like the summertime pig roasts on Mondays, winter's... Prohibition Party, and great burgers every day.
