This hotel has excellent customer service and the owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.

Was a coackroach on the bed when I I arrived the tv didn?t work toilet didn?t work in the middle of the night they were... construction upstairs and people trying to kick down my door all night and when I complained to the staff next morning theycalled the owner and the owner told me never come back and to get out of her hotel all because I complained absolutely would notrecommend staying here Please see photos Read more

Rooms were retro, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Cuvee was nice... but their afternoon Shellabration menu was just plain awesome (Definitely in the top two of the town). I would be happy toreturn to this hidden Gem. Read more

Hi Deborah and team, Many thanks for your hospitality this past week! We had the nicest time: the room was perfect (for a... young family of 4); your location is great (especially as we didn?t have a car); the breakfast was great to start us off and theswimming pool kept the kids occupied the entire trip! The staff was great (led by Warner) - who made our stay verycomfortable. Stays like these make us wonder, why don?t we do this more often?
