Was a coackroach on the bed when I I arrived the tv didn?t work toilet didn?t work in the middle of the night they were... construction upstairs and people trying to kick down my door all night and when I complained to the staff next morning theycalled the owner and the owner told me never come back and to get out of her hotel all because I complained absolutely would notrecommend staying here Please see photos Read more

Rooms were retro, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at Cuvee was nice... but their afternoon Shellabration menu was just plain awesome (Definitely in the top two of the town). I would be happy toreturn to this hidden Gem. Read more
Hi Deborah and team, Many thanks for your hospitality this past week! We had the nicest time: the room was perfect (for a... young family of 4); your location is great (especially as we didn?t have a car); the breakfast was great to start us off and theswimming pool kept the kids occupied the entire trip! The staff was great (led by Warner) - who made our stay verycomfortable. Stays like these make us wonder, why don?t we do this more often? In any case - we know where we are staying onour next trip to Greenport! Read more
The room was spotlessly clean and the free breakfast was delicious and high quality. Yes, it's a pretty no frills motel-style... place, but the location is excellent (especially for those taking the train from the city), it has a pool(!), the customerservice was excellent, and it's much more affordable than any of the other hotels in town. Would recommend and it's my go toplace to stay in Greenport. Read more
First of all the place is nothing like it?s pictures on their website. Disappointing. The owner showed up on our 3rd day there.... We were enjoying the sun, pool and the people we met over the last couple days. We had music playing which was enjoyed by alland was even commented by others to be the best music! The owner was nasty and told us we couldn?t play any music. There is away of speaking and a way of being Nasty. There were NO signs anywhere saying you couldn?t play music!! So to be honest theatmosphere was now destroyed as people left the pool area. Before we arrived I called to see if the beds were firm being we bothhave bad backs. I was told that at anytime our stay wasn?t comfortable they would refund our money. After this incident at thepool and also the uncomfortableness of the bed we decided to leave a night early. So when I was leaving I mention the fact aboutthe bed to the so-called owner and she said she could do nothing for me. All I could say is this was the first and last time Iwill ever go to the Greenporter Hotel. The owner should have been more like the staff they were wonderful respectful and helpfulmore than I can say for the Owner! Read more
The owner should take a lesson from her staff!! They were wonderful!! She is very nasty and aggressive because we had our radio... on by the pool!! Meanwhile we had it on the day before and everyone had a great time and even commented how nice it was to havesome music on. We were scolded like to children and told that everyone was complaining about it. There are no signs that say nomusic and it was on low. This was a clean place but nothing extravagant just a no frills motel with an owner with a badattitude!! Read more
This hotel has excellent customer service and the owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable.
