We stumbled on Olive Branch one night as a casual option in town and were very pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and... fresh, it had a lovely ambiance eating outside, the service was excellent and the owner checked in several times. We alsorealized we left our credit card there after we had left the area and the owner went out of his way to send it back to us. Flavorful, fresh, delicious food. Great service. Generous portions. Favorites were: babà ganoush , stuffed grape leaves, lamb... kebab, chicken kebab and chicken schnitzel kebab. Beautiful outdoor seating. Cool Turkish music. Dog friendly and gluten anddairy free friendly. Read more
We just met the most amazing person and personality ever. Youssouf, the owner, is the most generous, kind and interesting person... we have ever talked to. The atmosphere is nice, especially, lunch outside at noon was very delightful. The turkish food was not salty, good and healthy... looking. The service guy was very friendly. Very enjoyable experience. Read more
Beautiful ambiance of a nice Turkish restaurant. Ordered the muhammara to start. Great walnut spread infused with red peppers.... Wow. Dip pita bread into it. Looks very spicy but has a Slight sweetness to it. Make sure you get the sparkling Turkish water.Big huge blue bottle. Makes the dinner. Ordered the lamb shank paired with jasmine rice, roasted vegetables, and a nice tomatosauce. The lamb shank was super tender and fell apart with a fork. Tremendous amounts of flavor. Yum! Also ordered the salmonentree with the same pairings. Very delicious. Service and the weather was perfect to eat outside at this restaurant. Not aGreek place by any means. Food was fresh and delicious. A little expensive for what it was though. There was no gyros for brunch available on the menu and... the menu was actually a little limited compared to what I saw online when I searched before coming to the restaurant. Pricesalso have gone up which is understandable, I should have just checked to make sure I was looking at a more updated menu. Outsidedining area is really pretty though. This meal was positively outstanding and delicious! Wonderful service as well! The owner is from Turkey and is the cook, waits... tables as well. The hummus and warm pita would have been enough with the Turkish salad for a meal. We added Turkish wine,Turkish tea and coffee. Absolutely some of the best food we have ever eaten ! My husband and I shared the lamb chops with awonder yogurt sauce, jasmine rice and a mix of tabuleh and lentils. Also beautifully presented!!!! Read more
