Absolutely terrible service. 11/27 Pulled up to the box with 1 car in front of me, waited for 6 min to be greeted. Then was... greeted with a "hi" So I said, "hello" back and their response was, "um...." And that was it. Then I was told their soda machinewasn't working. Ok, that's fine but was charged full price. Get to the window to pay, see another employee fill a cup ofsoda. Get our food. Pull around to front, see a man walk out with a cup, asked if he got soda, he said yes. Checked my food, 2out of the 5 orders wrong. Also asked for dipping sauce, was told it was in the bag. Was not in the bag. Read more
I stopped here for dinner just passing through town. It looks nice from the outside, but I went inside to order and was... surprised with how dirty it was. Had to order at the kiosk. The drink station was in shambles. There was stuff all over thefloor behind the counter as well. At least my burger was warm. Would not recommend though. Read more
Manager and staff at this location were wonderful! When I walked in a customer was being ugly to the manager (About something... that was clearly not in within their control) and despite this experience the staff were quick to shrug it off and providedwonderful service to myself and the other patrons. Ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries. Fries were cold and the bun on the burger was so hard I had to take it off and... just eat the meat. The guy at the window was rude, not a single word out of him when I said hello and thank you. Two hours laterI?m running a fever and in the bathroom. Bad meat?! Never eating there again! Read more
The workers there try really hard to get you what you order. It's not their fault items become unavailable. Burger King needs to... do some updating on the PA System. But the food is generally spot on! Read more
Came in for a quick lunch today and the service, speed, and quality was great! Got my chicken sandwich quickly and it was super... fresh and crispy. They seem to be taking pride in their store these days. Good job! Read more
We just stopped by here for lunch, driving through on our way back to FL. We decided to dine in as we have a baby and wanted to... give her a break from her car seat. We were greeted by extremely friendly staff and a very clean dining room. The food came outpromptly, hot and fresh. I didn?t get the names of the guy that took our order and the guy making the food. I absolutely lovedtheir great friendly energy! The lady cleaning the dinning area is such sweetheart. Also to add, the restroom was extremelyclean!! Would recommend this place if you?re driving through and needing a place to stop. Read more
One of worst ones I?ve ever been too. Sat in drive thru at speaker almost 6 min before helped. Got ready to place order and... codes and coupons didn?t work and only drink they had to offer was Diet Coke, Powerade and Tea. I will not be visiting again. Read more
