First I ordered on door dash the order went through and was approved ... my door dasher went to pick it up and they told him... they would not accept door dash cards for payment so my order was canceled... I called pizza hut and told them I was at work andwould send my manager being a great person that he is to pick my order up ... my manager gets to the pizza hut to learn they hadnot made order and now he is sitting there waiting for them to make it again VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY RUDE PEOPLE WISH I COULDGIVE ZERO STARS AND I WILL BE CONTACTING YOUR DISTRICT MANAGER TO CORRECT THIS MATTER ! When I was in the restaurant, the staff were short handed and busy. The person at the register was rude, angry at the staff, ... and having a very bad day. The restaurant needed cleaning and some maintenance in the public areas, the restrooms were dirty,and there was no buffet prepared. The buffet table in the main dining area was being used to fold pizza boxes. I and mytraveling companions left after a 30 minute wait, without being given a menu or a wait person to take our order. Make sure you watch out for what they charge you. I ordered online but didn?t pay online because it was charging me for extra... items that I hadn?t ordered. When the manager came out she said that the online ordering is done by a differentcompany/corporate & they are privately owned. I asked her what the logo said on the order online site?Pizza Hut. What addresscomes up when I put Greensboro, GA in there? It?s there store. So I told her they need to decide if they are going to use thatsite & honor what is on there or they shouldn?t. You can?t have it both ways. She was frustrated with me & I with her. I won?tgo back. If I can?t put an order in and know that they are going to give me the prices on website, I can?t use them. It?sdishonest. I told her she needed to be frustrated with owner or corporate, not me. All she had to do was tell me she couldunderstand my frustration & let me give you the price you were quoted. When in the area always stop and place an order to go. Blazing wings and pasta with bread sticks. Food is always hot and fresh.... The waitress is awesome, she always has a smile to greet you and makes sure you are happy with your order. Restaurant was cleanwith plenty of seating. Had no issues when here, just hate Pizza Hut closed so many of their locations. Read more
mexican lady at register was so rude all the time. she is rashes. there was no paper plates. pizza crust was so chevey and hard.
