Been here many times good quick food! Waitresses are great! The last time was cold and today freezing we ordered got a coat,... the waitress put on a coat and told the cook it?s freezing turn the air down. He wouldn?t. Had 7 workers (4 cooks and 3 people running) but say corporate doesn?t allow carry out Sat and Sun from 8a-3p. That?s... ridiculous. Your workers missed out on a $50 tip because I couldn?t order due to me being a carry out customer when you havethat many workers in the building. Read more
Very poor customer service. Walked in with a group of people and I understand it they don't have enough workers, but at least be... nice about it. She was like "well its only me and there are way too many people" giving off attitude. I really dont appreciateit and last time i was there they were just as salty and rude. Read more
Ashley, my waitress was incredible! I was stuck in Greensboro on a business trip with no rental car. She called a friend that... ended up driving me 5 hours to my home! The food is great, and the manager was also extremely friendly and accommodating! Ihighly recommend! Read more
Yea. Its a WaHo, just about the same as all the others. The people a cool, food just kinda "yea" But I have only been to this on... 2 times, and both times they didn't want to give any onions. Do they have an onion shortage? Are they precious onion material? Ican't figure it out. I'll just drive 5 minutes to the next one from here on. Read more
We wanted coffee and something small to eat, so just had plain waffles. The coffee was great, the waffle was freshly cooked (&... you can watch the cooks while they work, which is fun!) The service was friendly and efficient. However, all the machines (andstaff) looked a little tired and over-used. It felt like a place that needs the owner to invest more time/money. People wereworking hard, but you felt they had probably been there for hours, probably on low pay. We were given an inflated bill, whichwas corrected when the waitress saw us checking it (maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe not...maybe if you work hard all dayfor a pittance I understand why you might be tempted). It wasn?t the cleanest kitchen I have ever seen, and I wouldn?t havewanted to eat anything that wasn?t freshly cooked (like salad ? not sure how hygienic the prep area would be). Read more
