First of all the wait to be seated was ridiculous. Staff walking by us like they don?t see us at first, then a nice young fellow... said he will seat us after taking care of another customer. Secondly we waited at least 35 minutes for our food, which wasn?tthe guys fault that seated us, the cook is the blame, and as long as it took to get our food, you would think the food wassteaming hot, wrong our food was cold and especially my onion rings I cut my gum on one of them the onion rings was hard as arock. The steak tasted like fake meat the broccoli had no seasoning on it, didn?t even offer us any seasoning and the cookhelped the waiter bring our food out. The cook looked like he didn?t wanna be at work anyway, I?m just saying by the expressionon his face. He didn?t even apologize for our food being tremendously late. There were two families that come in after we didand their foods was out before ours. There were 3 families that left do right there the business lost money. I think to betterthe business they need more help and please hire another cook. To be honest the young gentleman that seated us and waited on usneeds a big raise. He was very nice the only thing that me and my family didn?t like about him was that he had on a red doo ragon his head. There also was no manager on the shift, I?m thinking because not one time did we see one come out to let customersknow that someone will be right with them. The food is pretty good for a quick bite. Sometimes a miss but not too often. Prices are good . The place just feels and looks... unsanitary which is why I don?t sit in. I don?t even think about what the back of the house looks like. There is too much dramathat goes on amongst the staff at this location. No one should walk in and under 5 minutes know anyone?s personal business. Itis a loud environment. But great for big groups. Family time. And they are fast with service. Read more

The food was OK. The ribs were cooked well and very soft. The chips and dip were mediocre I?d say. I really only came to have... the ice cream blondie which is apparently made with apples now instead of with the warmed butter pecan. I?m not a fan of bakedapples so I may be biased. My waiter didn?t come around much but the rest of the staff made up for their lack of attentiveness,they were very accommodating! Read more
I visited this location yesterday with two guests. I thought that I was going to have a positive experience but did not. For... starters, the waitress did not give her name. I asked and she said Yasmin or Yasmine. It?s important to know who my server is toestablish rapport versus just asking what I want to drink. Next, I ordered the blackened salmon with broccoli and substitutedthe garlic mashed potatoes for a salad which was an up charge. I don?t like garlic and I cannot have carbs. My guests orderedsome roast beef sandwiches with au jus sauce. In the meantime (trying to knock the cold off), we ordered the sampler that camewith wings, spinach and artichoke dip, mozzarella sticks and quesadillas. That was not enough for 3 people to share. Next, wewaited forever for our food. Shortly afterwards the waitress comes out to ask me if I wanted my salad now or later with myentree and said the order was ready. I said to bring it now because I was hungry. For future reference, if a customer asks for asubstitute it should have been part of my meal. The broccoli was warm. The salad was nasty and I couldn?t eat it. I love saladsand wondered how one can mess it up. My guests received cold fries and cold au jus sauce. We let our waitress know whose onlyreply was ?I?ll get you some hot fries.? They should have been hot when the food was delivered initially. The appearance of thefries were not glistening and someone should have never brought them out. Never serve customers something you wouldn?t eatyourself. There was not an apology. Customer service people! I?m inclined to believe that our food had been ready for some time.This was not worth $80. My guests ordered some alcoholic drinks too. I?m very upset.
