Got the fish meal look like they threw old fries and dried up fish in container. Boyfriend ordered turkey gyro instead got... turkey wrap. Asked for sweet tea got tea with no sugar so I couldn't even drown the nasty taste down. This trip was drive thruso we had no choice but to take the lost. Read more
This Arby's has friendly and positive customer service! Only be patient and wait nicely because as you know there are worker... shortages everywhere including here. They are doing a pretty good job! The food was just ok tasting though... The fish stripshad a good flavor but the breading on it was mushy. The fries were good and hot. Read more

I frequent this Arby's a lot as it's close to my home, but there is always something about the encounter that is disappointing. ... Either the staff is unprofessional, or the food is not as I ordered it. This time I ordered via DoorDash and it was the worstexperience thus far. The roast beef sandwich that I paid extra to add a slice of cheese, had no slice of cheese. The turkeywrap that I asked to remove the red onion, loaded with red onion. The order of crinkle fries was not there, but a half emptycrumb filled container of curly fries that I didn't order was. The 9 piece chicken nugget only had 6, and they were cold andhard. The only thing right was my root beer. So frustrating, and of course no one cares, DoorDash gave me a $6.80 credit onthis $34.00 order. Read more
Work very close to this Arby's and the service and food were excellent for many years. Unfortunately that is no longer the... case. Poor service and mistaken orders has become the norm. Gave it another chance today (which will now be the last). Hugesign in the window that says Dining Room Open. So I park to avoid the drive thru line and get to the door and find it lockedand the inside dark. Not a huge deal. I get back in my car and drive back around through the drive thru. I order and shakeand prepare to order a sandwich only to be interrupted with "Our shake machine is down". So I take this as a sign that I shouldsimply take my business somewhere else. I understand what is going on right now with restaurants finding it hard to getworkers, supply chain issues, etc. But this particular Arby's has gone from years of 5 star to consistently 1 star or below. I'll predict this location won't be around too much longer unless they substantially improve service and wait times. Read more
My chicken was dried out and lukewarm. Bacon the same. Interior was dingy looking,. Unkempt. Staff goofing off between... themselves. We took food to car. As we were sitting in our car eating another car came right next to ours. Slammed on breaks,guy jumped out. Several staff came running out, they were screaming and cursing. It was very frightening. This went on for agood minute or so, (felt longer). We couldn't pull out because they were in the way. We were just glad it didn't escalate tomore. I will not eat at this Arby's any time soon.
