Just a very scary experience for a first time customer. I should have taken a hint right away from how dirty the place is. We... ordered egg rolls and they were spoiled (smelled bad and sour taste). This was a new place for us tonight and it was so good! We had no idea what to get and took the recommendation from the waitress... and get P1 it?s the Pho with some beef, amazingly tasty and the price is great. Highly recommend. Ordered lunch spicy beef and pork Pho, noodles were too thick for my liking ( although I have seen it served this way at other... places), but the broth was good. Overall a satisfactory lunch bowl. It even came with a egg roll. Place was 80% full when I wentin and was served quickly. There was a big round table at the end of the restaurant that had about 8 middle age Vietnamese mensitting around laughing and talking. Looks legit to me, however there are better bowls out there. I was not very happy with thevietnamese sandwich I order the last time I was there. Edit.. Tried this place once again. Next time I need to read my ownreview first. When I walked in almost every single table that didn't have someone seated at it had dirty dishes on it. Theywhole time I was there, I did not see one table get cleaned off. We love eating here for lunch! The pho is delicious and all the herbs and sprouts supplied are always super fresh. I also love... the fresh roll with shrimp that comes with most meals. I want to preface this review with: the spicy beef and pork "pho" is not pho! Hence why it's served with different noodles. It's... actually Bun Bo Hue, which is a different noodle soup dish. I assume it was listed under pho for convenience. It's also awonderful choice. I got pho chin (well cooked beef pho) and the bun bo hue takeout from here and it was wonderful. Like someother reviews say, the broth is slightly sweet, but not overwhelmingly so. It pairs wonderfully with some lemon or lime. Themeat toppings and noodle portion are generous. They provide the noodles in a separate container so they don't bloat intransport. It's a little difficult to break up the noodles (less of a problem for the bun bo hue), but it turns out fine. I always order the beef pho combination (beef, meatballs, tripe, tendon) and for personal taste add some hoisin sauce, sriracha,... chili oil, cilantro, basil and lemon available on the table. Probably one of the most authentic phos in Greensboro. Friendlystaff. Interior is not spotless but has a very casual atmosphere. When I tell you THIS is the BEST phô I have ever eaten. I've eaten at probably 100 different Vietnamese/phô restaurants I the... NoVa/DC region. No one can touch this place.
