Good food but employees slow, incompetent and usually rude. Regularly get simple instructions wrong.
Terrible! Awful customer service. they neverrrr make curbside orders when they are supposed to. 20 minutes AFTER I?m supposed to... receive my food while I?m waiting in the assigned parking spot, I call and she says oh they will start making my food then hangsup. and btw this happened twice about a year apart. Both times I had to call the store myself in order to get them to startmaking my food even though I ordered through the app. UPDATE: waited an additional 10 minutes and still no food. Called againto cancel the order and she said she couldn?t do that, I would have to go through the app but it isn?t possible to cancel ordersthrough the app. it?s a huge run around. Read more
Every time I stop here I say, "this will be my last time!" My son likes the Chicken Supremes though so I give in. This is most... likely the most unprofessional and terrible staff I've ever experienced. It seems they find a way to reload with rude folks whocan't handle orders. At some point you have to ask, what kind of managers do they have there. This probably won't be my lasttime to visit a Bojangles, but it will most definitely be the last time on Elm. Read more
UPDATE from original 1 star Rating: Management reached out to me and was very displeased and they tried to work with me to make... it up. 1 star for the first experience and 5 star for the second experience = 3 stars in mybook. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I placed a curbside order at 6:40pm and at 7pm Iwent in and checked and they said they were working on it. I went back to my car and at 7:15 I called them and they said theywere working on it. I said cool?..and rolled to the drive through and wouldn?t move my car until I got my 30 min late order.They better be lucky I?m saved. Read more

Warning! RAW Chicken was served. After Waiting in line for 20 mins for chicken thighs just to be told they didn?t have them. I... settled for grilled chicken sandwiches instead I waited an extra 10 mins for them. Which was fine but once my husband took abite he realized he had been eating raw chicken. After driving back 30 mins for a refund, they had me wait another 20 mins toget my money back. Read more
