The service was absolutely zero. I wouldn't leave one star, but I have to. I counted at least 8 employees, but service was not... good at all, and they weren't all that busy. I ordered a 2piece meal, and waited quite a while on someone to wonder by andfinally fix my order. A guy with nametag Chris overlooked my order, and fixed the next 2 after mine...then asked if anyone hadgot my order. One person that was standing around said "no", so a girl finally got it together. No apologies. Whoever isresponsible for this franchise should be made aware of such poor service. I was there around 1:30-2pm....not a busy time ofday. Read more
They take your order right away and gives excellent attitude but there's not much speed about cooking up the food and getting it... to the customers. Read more
Bojangles have always been my go to, but trying to wrap my finger around the fact that I come around through drive thru and... telling me after I tried to order a 12 piece family meal that they have no more chicken, don't you think you should have startedwith we have no more chicken and or the wait time for chicken to cook? Really slow service for curbside pickup so order and pick up earlier unless you wanna be late to where ever you?re going and end... up with cold fries/food. Food good. Service not so much. Read more
The chicken wings and coleslaw were good. The service and available items on the menu were disappointing. The requested menu... item was not available. ( 2 piece meal, white). No breast available. Settled for 3 piece wing meal. Inquired would I becharged for the 2 piece meal price due to the fact it was not on hand the answer was no. Read more
this morning jun 10 2022 @ 11 am ,me and my wife went to the restaurant and ordered two chicken biscuits at the time we did... the first bite on them the meet feel strange so we decided to check them and the meet still RAW. Went through drive through to get my son a kids meal and they said the only thing they have is tea, water, and orange juice. Got... home and my son opened his cup and it looked like this. I called and asked what it was the lady said tea grain like it?s normalto give in a cup. Read more
Went in for a doordash order. There was a line of people waiting on their order. Not super busy, but the drive thru definitely... was. However, all the employees were standing around each other laughing and cutting up and talking about stuff they did the daybefore. I don?t want to be too harsh because Bojangles should definitely pay their employees more, but it just wasn?t a goodexperience. Read more
