So often I stop by here on my way to work in the mornings. I?m not a big fan of their biscuits because (in my opinion) they are... too big. And that?s just me. I know people like them big and it?s ok. I usually just get a order of fries and a Large tea. Thatall I need to get my day started. Makes me happy. Their fries in the morning are always fresh. Their tea is good. And the bestpart about this location is. There line moves fast in the morning, avoiding long lines. And the drive through lady who works inthe morning (older black lady) is so pleasant. I?m not a morning person, but her positivity puts me in one. Read more
Was a normal experience for me as far as the typical stop in at a Bojangles for a quick food fix. But they were quick and did... not say that anything I attempted to order was unavailable or the machines that provide any items were out of service as seemsto be the most common response to a person asking for a milkshake lol. My husband went to this lactation to order a 20 piece family meal. Online it gave us the option to order all dark but at the... restaurant they said they couldn?t do that - ok. So he orders what they said we could and they tell him to pull up they willbring it out to him. He waits 30 MINUTES and NOTHING. He goes inside to get his order, I?m guessing they forgot bc nothing wasready and they had to make it so he waited another 5-6 min. They had two pans of chicken inside ready as well as whatever drivethru was ordering and steady moving the whole time. The customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. I experienceit every time I don?t kno why it surprises me, good customer service is almost non existent these days. Smh. Read more
I sent nephew to pick up dinner. We ordered 8pc meal with 2 sides, Mac and cheese and dirty rice. When he reached window told... chicken had 15 minutes to cook so they had him pull over and wait. He waited 30 minutes or more for the guy to deliver chickento car. He was told upon delivery they only have Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes right now. It's 5:45 on a Sunday and out ofsides and no chicken without waiting for it to cook. My nephew was not informed upon ordering that chicken had to cook nor therewas no dirty rice available. The real kicker for me was the unsweetened tea we were given with our family meal.We don't drinkunsweetened tea!!!This location consistently runs a poor operation with being out of product, long waits and inaccurate orders.If you want to wait , get served and still be disappointed this is your Bojangles. Ordered 3 piece with 2 sides chicken was not very fresh had very little temperature. Waiter told me chicken had just come up.... Not so. Dirty rice was horrible didn't look or taste right. Cajun beans was the only item that was good. Biscuit was cold also. Read more
Ordered for curbside pickup. Waited for a while after the order was marked as ready and I'd checked in, and eventually went... inside when there was no sign of anyone coming out. It wasn't busy - there was one other customer in the store and at least 5people behind the counter. I asked about my order and they eventually found it and gave it to me, with no acknowledgement of thefact that they were supposed to bring it out to me. Got back to my car, opened it up, and one of the items we ordered wasmissing, so I went back in. When I asked about the missing item, an employee said "oh, we don't have that." Then why didn't youtell me when you gave me my order?? No offer to refund or replace it whatsoever, had to ask for a refund and someone who Ibelieve was the manager came out to give me the refund. Completely incompetent staff, will not be returning to this location.Only gave 2 stars because the food we did get was fine. Read more
Picked up a meal for a small family gathering. Didn't check our order until we were home and we were very disappointed, they... forgot our biscuits, utensils and napkins! But despite that the food was great. They were short staffed which explains a lot.One of the employees was complaining (under her breath) that she was gonna have to work later than planned.
