Slow-jangles is what my family calls this place. When the food is fresh, it is the best. But the service is always slow.
Dude this place is terrible. I was profiled and discriminated as soon as I walked in. I ordered a chicken biscuit and I watched... the person accidentally drop my bag on the floor and pick it right back up and laid it on the counter. I pretended not to noticethe whole situation as I normally do as a veteran reviewer and local guide. Please beware of this particular location. Read more
Always, clean and friendly. Oh and I can't say that for some of the other Greensboro locations. Chicken hot and fresh, only... waited a couple of minutes. Inside dining back available. Read more
This specific Bojangles has probably this best consistent service out of all of them I've been to. They've only messed up my... order a couple of times, besides that they usually get it right. Just make sure to check your bag and you should be fine. Read more
It doesn't take much for me to give a fast food joint 5 stars. I was the food I'd expect, at the quality of the restaurant... chain. I'm ok with delays as well if they are behind... But forget about me for fifteen minutes, then when I pull around itturns out my orders had been ready and the cashier simply forgot about me, gave me a paltry excuse, gives me cold food? As a truck driver food options are already limited. When you see a sign up that says come on in . So you take the time to park... your truck and walk over just to find all the doors are locked and it's drive through only .. just want the management to knowthat the jokes on you. This is one of my favorite locations for this franchise. Staff is always really nice and very responsive to any requests that I... have made.
