Food was just as good as you could expect. Employees were obviously working double time just to keep up. However, they were on a... skeleton crew (on a Sunday morning? Really?) and couldn't keep their heads above water. Seeing the amount of people inside andin the drive thru, you could obviously afford to hire more people, or give the current ones a raise. I love Bojangles so I wanted to try this location for the first time. When I arrived with my partner, we got an obvious teenager... as our cashier. I had to repeat my order 4 times and he still charged me for the wrong things and doubled things on the receiptthat literally didn't even get put in the bag. I won't be returning to this location most likely. Read more
I got the three-piece supreme combo with honey mustard. The biscuit was perfect. They seemed short staffed but they were... hardworking and did the best they could. I did a carry out order. The food was a perfect temperature and delicious. The sweettea was on point as well. Read more
This is definitely nothing special. A substandard Bojangles. This location features a difficult entry point to the restaurant,... is closed for dine-in, no restrooms and their drive thru order taker had a bad attitude this morning. I arrived and enteredtheir drive through line at 10:37am and waited for a long time. In fact I lost track how long I even waited. I had to checkGoogle and would you know I didn't get my food until 10:54am. So you mean to tell me you closed the dining room are onlyfocused on your drive thru and you can't do better than a 17 minute ticket time??? So the only reason you can get a star isbecause the borounds were amazingly fresh. The biscuit was not great and the country ham needs cooking a little while longer. The drive through needs cleaning there's oil, dirt, debris and trash in the parking lot. I'm not sure who makes or made thesweet tea this morning but it was just disgusting. I literally took two sips and the rest had to be thrown out. It was thatnasty. I really felt like this Bojangles ripped me off this morning. I skipped Biscuitville because their line was too longbut I think I should have reconsidered since I sat at Bojangles just to be met with disappointment. Read more
