I am disappointed in this location to say the least. Ordered a bagel toasted twice. It was difficult to determine it had been... toasted when I unwrapped it. Not even warm. It was difficult to spread the cream cheese due to the bagel not being warm. Maybethe toaster was not operating correctly?? My husband?s bagel was not warm either. I ordered a small coffee with room for cream. My husband ordered a large coffee. Coffees were barely lukewarm. Opened up my cup of coffee to add cream and it was 2/3 fullonce I added the cream so the amount of coffee in the cup before cream was less than 2/3 full. Asked for honey for my coffeewhich was provided in the past. ?We do not have honey?. At one time you could order honey for your bagel so not sure why therewas not any honey available to use in the coffee. Maybe that has changed? With no inside seating and 34 degree temperatures, outside dining was undesirable. We ate in the car outside the restaurant. We went back in the restaurant for a refill of coffee. Our response was ?we are not supposed to offer refills?. Really? A $2.59 and a $3.19 partial cup of barely lukewarm coffee andyou cannot refill it with fresh coffee? No inside seating with winter temps? I support safety for all but not allowing insideseating is not conducive to retaining loyal customers. The other Bruegger?s location in Greensboro offers refills and toastedbagels are always warm. While the other location does not offer inside seating either, they have hot coffee and honey everysingle time. We drove 50 minutes round round trip to eat here today. Never again. This is not the Bruegger?s we knew. While thestaff was abundant and friendly, we will visit the other location or an independent business moving forward. Read more

This is literally the worst service I?ve ever had at a Brueggers. If I could give zero stars I would. The coffee was luke warm... and we couldn?t even get a refill of our coffee (had to sit in our car to eat). This Brueggers management will not open indoorseating for what reason I don?t know. THE PANDEMIC is OVER and all your competitors are open for inside seating. Do you thinkI?m going to use outside seating at 30 degrees? This Brueggers used to be a bustling lively place but no more. If you areplanning to make Brueggers a take out only permanently, good luck! I?ll find somewhere else besides my car to sit down with myfamily and enjoy a bagel. Read more

There are no toppings to view near their workspace, so you have to try to remember a dozen or more as they recite them quickly... while you hold up the line .They've also quit making sundried tomato bagels , were out of cucumbers , and the dining room wasclosed .This place has really gone down hill . Green eggs? barely any cream cheese? soggy bagels? We saw they put green eggs on our bagels so we told them to replace them... (they slightly laughed, as if they already knew they were bad). Then we got home and we noticed our eggs were still green. Sogross. Not too happy. Read more

My wife and I were craving bagels. New Garden Bagels sold out so we decided to try Bruegger?s. Overall we were really... disappointed. We didn?t know where to order because there wasn?t any type of signage designating order and pickup. My wifeordered the last jalapeño cheddar bagel and the employee dropped half of it on the floor. She didn?t even apologize or offer usanything. She just asked her if she wanted a different type of bagel, so she had to settle for one of the few types they hadleft. Once we ordered, we had no clue where to stand or if we were supposed to sit at our table. The employee forgot to cut mybagel before she wrapped it, so she thought it was a good idea to cut it while it was wrapped in their waxy paper. This made apretty big mess of my sandwich (pictured). The bagels weren?t very good. It tasted like mediocre fast food. We do not plan toreturn to Bruegger?s. Read more
