Walked in at 7:00 pm on Sat Dec 3rd. The staff was more interested in giggling about whatever angry customer had just gone... through the drive through than taking my order. The car line was wrapped around the building but I was the only customer inline inside. When they finally took my order they got it wrong. They hardly so much as glanced at me during the order takingprocess. Don?t you just hate that? It was as though I was annoying them for ordering food at their establishment. Read more
Good customer service tries to meet customers expectations. Needs a little bit more focus on organization seem to be a little... bit chaotic and you can expect to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for pickup order most of the time. But definitely the bestlocation in Greensboro for Chick-fil-A!! Read more
This location is not my favorite. I think they should rethink having the doors open all of the time. Ordered a salad had a fly... inside the salad container, twice now! Some items doesn?t seem to be available at this location when i order from the app..otherthan that its okay. Read more
This Chick fil A has the worst customer service out of all the chick-fil-A's I've been to. I went to order some simple fries and... was in the drive thru for over 15 mins and had to leave because I was way over my break and when I returned in person, it tooksomeone over 5 mins just to acknowledge me and then it took the cashier an extra 10 mins just to find my order when I gave themthe exact time that I came through drive thru and I even showed them my transaction on my bank and no one ever apologized oranything. And when you try to call the store it doesn't go through so I guess they have their phone turned off. Terriblecustomer service! Read more
I went to this location on 9/17, I ordered a milkshake and a cup of ice at 2:18 and I waited patiently. 30 minutes later I had... to ask how much longer for a milkshake/cup of ice and was told it would be up shortly. Unfortunately the cashier who took myorder who was now on break noticed me still waiting and took it upon herself during her break time to stop and make mymilkshake! The young lady name is Ayah I would def give her 5 stars, but the experience was not pleasant especially waiting 30minutes for a milkshake and all the customers after me had received their food, drinks and milkshakes! The food was ok. Cold Fries. The service was okay until I got home and discovered they had messed up my drink order. I order... ice tea. I got sweet tea. I don't like sugar in my tea. It made me sick. They forgot the straws.They added a lot of sauces thatI did not order. I don't eat that much sugar. I called and spoke to someone and she said their training is to give people sweettea when they ask for ice tea. What if the person is allergic to an ingredient? This is a dangerous practice if true. Fast, efficient service. Great food. Prices have recently increased due to supply issues (not their fault) so check the menu as... you order. The grilled chicken club is the best, and when you hold the tomatoes, they discount them. Use the app to save evenmore time. Read more
Great food and friendly staff. The waits in the drive thru can be obnoxious but if you park and go inside it is truly a swift... experience. The food is super consistent with any other location which is a good thing in the fast food or any other restaurantbusiness.
