They had cars ALL over their parking lot waiting for food from the drive thru. I was parked and waited for my food while i... watched 10-15 orders behind mine get served. By the time the girl found me in my car, my milkshake was completely melted my foodwas cold. HORRIBLE customer service. A great chickfila in addition to UNCG?s campus. The food is always good and it is fresh when I get it. It?s the best during... lunch. Don?t let the long lines make you go away from the place. They are fast and get the food to you quickly. It?s helpful ifyour in a rush to go to class. Read more
Whoever running Chick-fil-a must've completely forgotten they even had a location on the UNCG campus. I ordered the biscuit... combo. They didn't have fruit cups, didnt have parfaits. Fine, I'll go with hashbrowns. Waited 5 minutes before they announcethat they dont have any biscuits thawed and it would be another 10 minutes. The front of house staff is complaining about theback of house the whole time. Every time someone from the back emerged they looked super confused and flustered. Front and backwas bickering back and forth. 15 minutes later I finally get my food and leave, only to unravel a joke of a chicken biscuit withwhat looks like a piece of fried chicken that had been cut in half and slapped on. Used to be good chicken here. Now it is a spiced salt bomb. Time portions for a premium price. I accidentally eat at one of... these every year or two remembering how they used to be and am disappointed. Oh, and they cut out the Cole slaw!? Guess ifthey can't take it out of the freezer and fry it it is just food cost. Pfff, not planning a trip back to one of these soon. Read more
