I've been to this location on quite a few occasions. However, I was just by myself looking for a quick bite to eat. They were... not busy and I was seated immediately. I did not see the waitress for quite a while. She brought out my drink, but I waited evenmore for her to take my order. By this time, I had already been there for over 30 min. I inquired about the "3 for $10.99" dealand I was told I could substitute a different side for the chicken fajitas. I finally got my food and I did enjoy it. When itcame time to pay on the tablet, I noticed that I was charged extra for the side. It took me a few minutes to get the waitressand she took it off the ticket for me. I left these same comments on the survey when I paid, but did not hear back from anymanagement. It's the lack of customer service I experienced that would keep me from returning to this location. Considering how short staffed this location was, they did extremely well. Our wait was a little long, but our server was also... the bartender. Staff worked hard and as a team. Kudos to this location for doing their best and providing good customer service! Read more
The food here was pretty good. They didn't get my sandwich right, but that is a simple fix. We had a 20 minute wait during shift... changes, which wasn't a big deal. The food tasted pretty average, and the service was slow. Our waitress was nice but wasn'tvery attentive. Read more
worst service i?ve ever had. we waited over 30 minutes for our food and it wasn?t even packed inside. when we got our food it... was cold. wasn?t even warmed up either. The family next to us even complained how their food wasn?t cooked all the way and themanager sat that there it wasn?t her problem and how she doesn?t work in the kitchen. It was also my birthday and waited over 30minutes for an ice cream dessert. overall we waited over two hours for food. while we were paying for our ticket another ladycame up to the table next to us saying how she waited over 30 minutes for a salad. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My thing is, I place my order at this location because the closest one to me on West Gate is... just disgusting. So I drive the extra 10 minutes to come here. My email stated my order will be ready between 7:05-7:10. It?snow 7:22 and I have yet to receive my order, I called to to let someone know that I?m outside & she said ok, thank you we?ll beright out. It?s a Wednesday, yelp says no wait time so I?m not understanding why it?s taking this amount of time. At this pointI decide to go in because I see an order that?s been sitting there since I pulled up. Why do I have to pay a tip for curbsidepick up when I have to go get my order that?s been sitting for 20 minutes myself? I went grabbed my order, no one said anything,greeted me or anything. Came to Chili?s today for dinner and from the moment we were seated until we walked out out server Iyanna was so sweet and... awesome!! She suggested drinks which were on point and our Queso dip was delicious!!! Our steaks were cooked to perfection andended with a sweet dessert. Will definitely come back to Chili?s again! Food was great. However we came into a empty restaurant and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. We waited over an hour to be... seated and another 45 mins for a server to come in. The manager did bring us free chips and salsa but they really need to hirehelp. No reason there should be an empty restaurant and it take almost two hours to feed 8 adults. I don't fault the ones thereas they can only work with what they have. Read more
