Food is good, bad costumer service! I go to this area pretty frequently and always be treated with great costumer service by... most of your staff! But recently, There?s has been this one staff who?s rude! Always rolling her eyes. Just seems like badcostumer service. It?s one of the cashiers, who works night shift i believe, an African American woman with the bigreddish/brown puffball in her hair. She also wears glasses. This is the second time she has treated me like this! Makes me notwant to go to that chipotle. Read more

Never coming back I don't like the Refund policy. The cashier charged me more and did a refund only to tell me it will take 3 to... 5 days for it to come back to my card. That i need to repay again i didnt have another 16 dollers So I left 20 dollars in the negative and No food and I choose Chipotle. Yall have lost a customer. Read more

The service was terrible. Employees that ran the line and the others that ran the cash register were rude. Sour cream was runny,... guacamole salty salty salty the burrito my fiance got fell apart. And my bowl I ate 6 bites and could not take the saltanymore. Not a welcoming atmosphere. Won't be returning. Do all locations have so much salt in the food? Read more

The best part of the burrito was how small it was. They forgot the queso, so much sour cream that I couldn't taste anything else... and it was ice cold. Not even room temperature. After microwaving it for almost two minutes the center was still freezing. Itwas so bad that it's sitting in the trash and I feel I should remove the bag and put it out by the curb just so i don't have tobe reminded of it. They should have sold it with a complimentary cup of bleach and a coupon for an exorcist because I feel thetaint of that monstrosity will haunt me forever. Whoever made that burrito would be a better help to society standing by theroad with a cardboard sign because I would have paid double just to have never tasted it. Read more

Love this Chipotle! It has a lovely, spacious, airy outdoor seating under cover. The shade is perfect! It seems like it... might've been an old repurposed bank. Sadly, like so many places these days, it seems to be understaffed. The only thing thatcould be better is fixing that. Read more

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced. There was a sign on the door indicating that there were no black beans. ... This was fine until I ordered my bowl and saw the server dipping out black beans onto a to go order. I asked for black beansand was told that they were for on line orders only. I was a bit shocked at this response and asked the server "Am I not acustomer and why take a chance that the beans will not be needed at the end of the night rather than serving me... a payingcustomer" The server said they will be used and mumbled something else. I said "ok, whatever" and continued to place my order. The server promptly decided to tell me not to dismiss her and that I was not her "mumbled and could not understand the rest". She then walked off the line and did not serve me. The server next to me looked a bit surprised and completed my order. I mustsay the food was not up what i usually receive at Chipotle. The restaurant was pretty dirty inside. Unfortunately, I did notnotice that until I had placed and paid for my order. I will not be going back to this particular location. I hope theleadership team can provide some training to the server and maybe she will accept the suggestions that rude behavior is notsomething that should be exhibited when in the service industry. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and was disappointed to find my bowl swimming in sour cream. Yes, I ordered sour cream but they added... so much that it was spilling over the sides. So nasty. I barely found any rice or meat... its clear that anything that they haveto make in store, they will give you a half portion of what you're paying for and then cover it up with a prepackaged productlike sour cream and cheese. I've already submitted a complaint and WILL NOT be back to this location. Read more
