I'm usually in a hurry and order to go on the app, so I just pick up and look at my order when I am ready to eat. This is the... sixth time that I realize they leave out an ingredient or two. Its disappointing, but you eat it anyways because you're not atthe location anymore. I've sent an email already about this before, but I never receive a response. So if you're ordering on theapp to go BEWARE because you might just be missing an ingredient or two that you paid for. Read more

The people who work there have the worst attitude I've seen in a customer service setting. I gave this place multiple chances... and its consistently bad. Wanted to like it because Zoe's left Friendly Center. Food is meh...I think I got 4 pieces of chickenin my Mexican Ceaser because they were too lazy to refill it. Bread was hard as a rock. Thought I stated my order as a Chicken Tinga bowl w/ cauliflower rice, and didn't pay much mind during the bowl's construction.... At checkout I was served a Mexican Caesar instead (this is where the supposed "thought I had" comes into play ? I could haveeasily mixed the two menu items up in my head). Decide to go forward with the Mexican Caesar; food waste is lame and I didn'twant to make a big stink about something that I'd likely eat anyway. Back home I realize the bowl is missing chicken,jalapeños, and cotija; only received romaine, cauliflower rice, light dressing, and tortilla chips. Not exactly an excitingmeal ha. Just to be sure, I dug to the bottom of the bowl, turning all the ingredients several times and sure enough there'snothing else in this bowl. To management: Do I need to request chicken as an add to this particular salad? Just want to makesure in case I order it again. Also, is it possible to get a replacement bowl on my next visit? 3/5 ? things like this happen,it is what it is ? but this salad is a Mexican Caesar in name only. I normally never leave a review for anything, This would be my first review. I would first like to say thank you so much to this... company for offering 30% off for military members. That is absolutely amazing that your company honors our heroes. I will besending all my business your way. I really do like this place, I?ve been a few times already! I just feel like there is something missing and idk what it is?... because I don?t want it to be a Panera rip off but there is just something that it needs to get a five star. Perfect place forlunch and or a light dinner alternative many combinations and pick your own. They have Mac and cheese which my son loved! I willcontinue to return! Does anyone know if they have a rewards system that is good????? Also as an FYI (I?m not a vegetarian orvegan) but if you are strict they really should move meat products on an entirely new table with a partition I?ve watch sooooomuch meat chunks flying/dropped around in their other containers? they are very clean here and kind but still if I was a V/V Iwouldn?t eat here with that happening! Let me start by saying I absolutely love the food here, but today I went in (i?ve never been to this location only the one in... Raleigh) and THE ATTITUDE FROM ONE OF THE LADIES was INSANE! She was not welcoming, didn?t say hey how are you doing, didn?t askif I had any questions. A simple hey would?ve been alright with me. Grant it, we all have bad days but my gosh and furthermorehow do you have an attitude but I have to tell you what goes in my salad because you?re missing the KEY ingredients.
