Rocky Mountain chocolate section with the new flavors for the season immortalize cold stone for the grown kid in me.
I ordered and paid for a birthday cake from this location several days in advance. When I was scheduled to pick up the cake, the... business was closed. There was no sign on the door stating why. When I called the business, the recording said it was openingtwo hours late due to the weather. However, I was picking up the cake well over two hours from when it was suppose to open. Ihad to leave to my son's birthday party without a cake. I came in later and spoke to the manager on duty about it. Sheapologized for the store not opening until 2 pm and said it was due to staffing. She brought out my cake which I told her I nolonger needed because the party had already taken place. I asked for a refund and she had to call the owner to get permissionand instructions on her how to refund me the money. There was no compensation or expression of regret from the owner. Themanager apologized but it doesn't mean much when an important part of the party was missing thanks to "staffing issues". I willNOT take my business to ice cream shop. There are plenty others around that have a much better sense of how to treat theircustomers. One last suggestions would be do not pay for a cake or order prior to picking it up. Read more
We walked in on 12/19 at 9pm (one hour before their closing time). We felt that the server was rushing us and didn?t take time... to answer our questions, seemed like the server just wanted us to order and finish up. Pretty poor customer service. Read more
Excellent Cold Stone location. The store combines the???? ice cream and nextdoor ???? chocolate shop so you have more space. The... ice cream can be expensive but you can get a cup or come, pints to go, ice cream ???? cakes and more. The staff are pretty goodand they do have ? handicap accessible ????? parking, seating, and ???? restrooms. Read more
Love me some Cold Stone Creamery! I always forget about the location in the Jefferson shopping center. After seeing the line... out the door at the Friendly Centre location, we headed to Jefferson and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Picked up acouple prepared quarts of The Founders Favorite along with some yummy Rocky Mountain gourmet chocolates. The staff were reallynice as well. Letting us know that we can request customized creations in the larger sizes too. Read more
Just no...all 3 times I've been here is been a disappointment. Everything from poor customer service to pretty bad mixing. Today... literally topped the cake off though with a generously FLAT medium mud pie mojo. Not to mention the attendant barely mixed it. Ionly come to this one because they close later than the others but I would just target not have any I've cream after footballpractice if it's always going to be a hassle for them too at least get it right. More spacious than most Coldstone locations. The yogurt and specialty candies are a nice touch. The staff always provides... excellent service and I was impressed with how clean this place is. I really like the Coldstone product but the pricing isexcessive! Definitely worth a try. Read more
Had a hankering for Rocky Mountain candy apple and could not find one independently. Thankfully this Cold Stone is basically a 2... in 1 with both ice cream and Rocky Mountain Chocolate desserts. Would rate it a 5 star but I haven?t tried their ice cream. Alsosaw an old review before I went that said their apples were brown but this one was fine. Read more
