I'm am very displeased with the service I received from Denny's on high point road if I could give a 0 I would the manager... Angelica g was very unprofessional my wife slipped and fell in their walkway and she showed no concern she said she couldn'tgive me a refund because they was going to close and I just spent $30 on burgers I am furious and I will never come back hereagain unless something is done about her my burger had everything I didn't want on it and she told me she knows that they didn'tput onions on it and I'm looking at my burger with onions on it ???????????????????????????????????????????????????? This place made the best Crazy Spicy Skillet I have ever ordered. A real treat! The chorizo was nonexistent but the jalapenos... were plentiful. The chicken was tender and juicy. The bad part was the table service. New hours posted on door, they are nowopen until 1 am. Read more

Went to the Denny's at 3703 Gate city blvd, Greensboro NC 27407 around 8:30 ish in the evening with my two boys and the food... was absolutely amazing and our waitress Birtha V was way awesome. Sweet, very professional and she not only had our table toattend too but a few others as well and she was smiling at all times and didn't miss a beat......Best service here at thisDenny's!! From Denny?s guiding principles - ?GUESTS FIRST They?re more than just customers or consumers. They?re our guests, and we invite... them into our homes with open arms. They?re the very reason why we?re in business, and we put them at the center of everythingwe do.? Maybe in some locations, but in Fort Lee, VA, the food was mediocre and took 45 minutes to arrive. However, what reallymade the experience horrific was the rudeness and lack of interest on the part of the staff. Horrible service. Dined alone and was payed zero attention. Server was unpleasant and quick to take order without asking... questions of preparation, she just took off before I can finish. Came back with coffee no silverware to use or napkins. I had toask for both separately to remind her. However she noticed tables with bigger parties and was much more pleasant to them andkept checking on them about refills and what not. She gave me my receipt within 5 minutes of having my order at the table. Stillshe did not ask if I was okay or needed a refill or like for some water. I mentioned to my partner who normally jouns me foroutings and he said the same. The Dennys on Gate City Blvd in Greensboro, NC had Horrible service and the servers are not tippedworthy. Used to be a nice place to eat. We're hardly any customers. And every person of color that came in after us was seated and the... order taken and their food before we even got our coffee it was very discouraging. Eat here once a week and order the same meal for my family. On this occasion, August 3rd which was my grandson birthday, they... didn't have his order which was kids meal, salad with onions ( no lettuce). My order was all American slam with red skinpotatoes, my server. NATALIA told me they don't serve that with 6.99 American slam, she then called I guess the supervisorwhich explain that was a special that had been finish with a long time ago, I told her I ordered it last week and the weekbefore from two different server and got it, her reply was, " well they shouldn't have serve you that". I canceled my order. Mygrand son had to eat fry broccoli. After paying for my two babies meal, I asked the person who took my payment, which was thesupervisor, for her name, her response was, "it's on the receipt". I knew she was lying, but I don't like arguing so I walkedoff. This is why I'm writing this review. This was the worse day I've had since eating here. I have not problem with kids beenat work while parent work, but there should be some form of control especially in a restaurant. There was one young lady thatkept walking around doing nothing. My server (Natalia) was talking to her about a customer saying she was just walking arounddoing nothing and people have to wait so long for service. THIS WAS JUST A BAD DAY.
