Oh my GOODNESS! Why!!! The past few times I?ve visited this location it has been terrible! It?s so unfortunate because I used to... love them so much. I can?t even do 1 star because I know they can do better. They got my order so wrong last night. I just hadto write a review. My husband picked up the food 15 minutes until closing and the door was locked. They had the nerve to meethim at the door with the food. With that type of audacity, you would think the order was perfect. My salad was wrong. Nodressing. No pickles that we ordered. No shredded lettuce. My daughter?s sandwich looked disgusting! My baby got chicken nuggetsand they were almost black! I guess they forgot they were cooking them because they were burnt! It was so not good. I?m sodisappointed in them. The girl that took the order over the phone was rude. I just can?t believe how terrible they have gotten.This should have been a good review, but that?s just not possible. Ghassan's is a small little spot with some big flavor! The food here is made fresh so you can expect a slight wait, but it was... well worth it. We order the hibassa chicken bowl, chicken shawarma, and a steak and cheese sub. Everything we ordered was goodbut the service could definitely be improved.
