If I could give -0- stars I would. 1st time I went the other day. I waited for 30min for ONE combo. I tried to be... understanding...maybe it was a bad day. I tried to be proactive today and order online so that it would be ready by the time Igot there. Never received an update that my order was ready, called, no answer, and when I got there, my food was just beingmade as I inquired about it. Waited another 10min, only to get to work with chicken that is UNCOOKED! I will be callingCorporate. Went today thought it was closed but not. The lady at register no personality. The place dirty there was a cockroach dead on... floor Floor sticky. Might try some cleaning . You never know who might wLk through the doors. Health department. Also foodcold. Read more
they say "you can never go home" I used to go to Carl's Jr in high school in LA and get the Superstar w/cheese. It was so good... I remember it mumble mumble years later. I moved to Atlanta where they have Hardee's, but it's the same franchise. They didn'thave the Superstar, they had thick burgers. I just moved to NC and learned that these Hardee's have the Superstar. Tonight, Ibrought home my high school memory only to find the bun wasn't toasted...at all...the meat was cooked at medium with lite pinkinside...where was the Thousand Island, juicy tomatoes, hot n juicy burger. What's with the doughy raw meat thing? What I grewup with was a tad better than a Wendy's Dbl. The closest thing might be a Sonics double burger. will I go back... probably toanother just to see if it was a management thing. But what a disappointment...bleahh! This is the worst fast food place in Greensboro. At first they closed the dining room service, still closed after pandemic. ... Drive through only. Now they only take online orders. The restaurant is very a joke it was after 930am on this visit and we were only car in parking lot and i ordered a ham biscuit... combo and was pulled up. Then after a few minutes other cars were in drive through and they were getting their food. I asked thegirl for my order and she got a bad attitude so I ask for my money back. She closed and locked the door with my daughterstanding at the door. When someone finally let her in for the refund the girl who was black said "I HATE DEALING WITH WHITEPEOPLE" HER MANAGER STANDING RIGHT THERE AND NEVER SAID A WORD. THIS HARDEE'S IS VERY RACIST!!!! This location is really terrible and has been for quite some time. It's the lowest of the low. Not clean inside or outside of... this restaurant either. The drive thru order area especially has not been properly maintained in years. The employees like tostand around right outside the entry door and smoke which is the nastiest thing. Lord knows if their following proper sanitaryprocedures upon going back into the store. But the worst part of this locations total lack of commitment to anything closelyresembling the Hardee's brand that we would visit it for, is the sub par food preparation, and service. Don't want to go intothe details of how bad my burger was, but just plain bad. Haven't been to the Randleman road location in many years but it usedto be okay. But by far if your looking for the best Hardee's experience at this time, it's at the Guilford College rd location.High grades across the board for everything. Best food preparation. Best service.
