The Hwy 55 location on Elmsley Court in Greensboro is FANTASTIC! The experience there from start to finish is amazing! I usually... get my order to go and the person taking the order is always so courteous, efficient and helpful!! I am really so appreciativethat my order is always just right; even down to something as simple as all the condiments I'd asked for when my order orderwas placed are always in the bag. Hwy 55 is a nice little hidden gem. It reminds you of a classic 1950s burger joint with great food. I have eaten here on a few... occasions and every single time the food as been OUTSTANDING! There burgers are to due for and they make a really great cheesesteak also. They also have amazing custard ice cream too. I recently had the pumpkin pie custard and it was simply DELICIOUS.Also their customer service is superb. I have yet to have a bad experience. I eat a ton of shrimp - this is by far the best I?ve ever had! Amazing fries as well! The po boy sauces is to die for. My... husband said his burger was awesome. You can?t go wrong here. We had a GREAT experience here. We had a party of 6 and our waitress was great with getting our orders and refills. The food was... excellent!!!! I included pics of the cheesesteak and chicken cheesesteak. If I had one recommendation for them would to be getnew menus. But that did not affect my experience.
