First vist to IHOP. Breakfast was okay. I ordered French Toast and my boyfriend got eggs, sausage, and pancakes. The food was... good but our server seemed a little busy or pre-occupied with other customers he knew that apparently were regulars there andbeing extremely friendly with the good Bishop and his wife....and failed to notice we were out of drink until we were ready forthe bill to leave then offered to refill our drink.....ummm no need now. I was starting to lose hope in IHOP, but this location is great! Food was hot and delicious. Service was good. Food took time,... but that was to be expected on a busy Sunday. Overall, IHOP has stepped it up! Read more
Our server was more concerned about his friend sitting in the next booth than he was with his customers he was tasked to serve.... Got our orders completely wrong. Brought out some of the rest but completely forgot about some. When asked about it, he tried togive us cash instead of taking it off the ticket!! Absolutely unacceptable. He needs to be retrained. Waitress was slow but she was the only one. The manager would dissapear. I asked for extra napkins never got them. Waited a... while for our food. Then we were ready to check out they seem to take there time. I'm normally not a complainer but having justone waitress working and a manager who disappears isn't good. I hope that IHOP gets some help in there. Read more
The food was good and our waitress was attentive and nice. We were there on labor day though and thought it would be alright,... because the wait to get in wasn't too bad. It took an hour and a half to get our order and when we did one of the 4 was wrong.Never again on a busy day! Read more
This place made quite a few mistakes...Besides getting my order incorrect, the chef overcooked the eggs...The whites were brown... and the yoke was dry. They need to go back to school to learn how to cook over-easy eggs LOL!! In fact, I learned how to makethem in Middle School!! Image is a good example of the eggs I got. Read more
I came here on 12/13/20 around 11:45am for brunch with some friends. Outside, there were a lot of cars and it was fairly busy.... However, it did clear out by the time we ordered our food. There was some confusion with our server. One guy said he was ourwaiter but then another lady came and took our order and etc. Maybe a manager helping out? Not completely sure. Our food cameout eventually and it was correct. No issues there. Attentiveness was not the best but not the worse either. It appeared thatour waiter had a lot going. The checking out process was long, in my opinion. Slow system? There were people coming in to sitand/or take out and no one was available to help them. I could see into the kitchen and saw at least 2-3 people just standingaround ??????? I?m not sure what that was about. Maybe they were understaffed or maybe they were staffed with not the bestemployees. In regards to food, I got the bacon temptation omelette. Presentation of it wasn?t the best but it tasted fine. Went to dinner to dinner tonight for my son's birthday. Good was great but that didn?t even compare to the awesome service we... had. All the staff was so helpful and kind. Best trip ever to IHOP. Plan to only go back to this one from now on Read more
