Let me just start by saying if you are fixing my food you need to have a mask on! The guy with the short dreadlocks did... something that almost made me vomit... he took his hat off and started shaking his dreads while a sub was waiting to be made..totally disrespectful and unsanitary. Also the tall lightskin guy on the grill needs more training he was touching the meat thentouching the bread and lettuce he was absolutely cross contaminating. After all that they got my order wrong I came back to tellthem they forgot my tomatoes and they said they would make it over.. I was patient and waited but it took way longer thenexpected and not to mention got it wrong again but I didn't have time to wait another 50 years so I just took it and left I willnot be going here again and I did not like the cashiers vibe! she was talking about people that work in the stores personalbusiness how one is in the hospital, who decided to come back and etc... and I also could see the difference in how customerswere being treated if you know what I mean. The service we received yesterday was awful. It took 30 minutes for an italian and a chicken cheesesteak. Multiple people came... in ordered and left before us and they were not call aheads. We kept being told its coming. No apologies or anything. I was latefrom lunch bc i spent the entire time waiting for 2 simple subs. I was highly disappointed and will probably not got back tothis particular location. 2 stars bc at least My food was good! Read more
Usually go here and have a great experience, not today. I waited for 25 mins for a 6 inch chipotle chicken. I honestly think... they either for got and left on the grill to long or cut it way to thin(chicken was way thinner than usual) because it wasincredibly dry. I get this every time I come and it hasn?t ever been this bad. Giving three stars because employees were verypolite just hope sandwich is Cooke right the next time I go. Read more
Just left this store. I have to say Im not completely satisfied... I ordered a Giant #17 and it wasn't the food that didn't... satisfy me. After my sandwich was done and placed in front of the register; I walked up with my ticket in my hand to make mypayment. As I was walking up the food prep yelled "Its not paid for!!!". A sudden hush fell over the room as it became awkwardand I was embarrassed. I called back to let them know that their customer service was less that anyone should expect. I talkedto the owner. He apologized. He remembered the incident and told me that he agreed that his wife didn't handle the situationwell. While I completely accept his apology and I do intend to go back to the restaurant however, I don't think that we can letthese incidents of racism slide. People have tried to make it unfashionable to speak out against any form of oppression. I willnot be silent. Read more
Visiting from out of town, this is a great place. All the guys were very friendly and the food was really good. This is way... better then your chain sub shops. The soda choices were really good too. They are not your standard sodas and the selection makeit part of the experience. When I visit again, I will be eating there again. Read more
