The food is always hot and good. The services is decent. Normally there is not a long wait. The menu does have a lot of variety.... My husband normally gets the seafood platter and enjoys it. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to notice my family to be seated. Food was ok and for lunch it took almost 80 minutes from the... time we walked in to get our check and pay and leave. Clean and welcoming, big open space. The folks in our party who got cocktails felt that it was a very short pour, the food was... slapped on a plate and edible, no attempts at making it look nice or well plated. Service was just not on point, we had to askrepeatedly for water for our entire party and for flatware. Two us sat with food for more than 10+ minutes with no beverage orflatware to eat it with. Drinks and food all came out randomly for each person at our table even though we all orderedtogether. After 5 trips to the table bring single items the server finally realized there were five waters needed. The numberof tables our server had was way beyond her skill set and patience level. The restaurant really shouldn?t seat more than can bewaited on during lunch. Management please help and get these poor servers a tray, nothing about our meal should have beencomplicated. Read more
Wings were delicious, but it stopped there. Salmon was so over cooked you could hear the fork tapping on it, it was dry as... well. Mashed potatoes tasted like Idaho Spuds out of a box. Jalapen?os on the burger tasted of burned grease. Told our waitress,she apologized but it went no farther than that. Asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, I asked what good it woulddo...apparently it wouldn't do any good as she never had a manager approach our table. Received the bill for the full mealthough I returned mine after eating the broccoli, three bites of potatoes and two bites of salmon. Unfortunately, as I writethis my stomach is even turning on me. Service was extremely slow, even with arriving at 5:45pm to a half empty restaurant. Great customer service would have had a manager over to address the food issues and atleast a 10% discount or voucher for us tocome back. This was by far the best hamburger I've had in a long time. The restaurant was a nice city and the food was very delicious and... the service was excellent. We received our food and a very fast manner it was fresh delicious and the environment was veryrelaxing. Food was freshly cooked. I got grilled chicken salad. Fresh lettuce. Very good. I like the 50?s music playing in the background.... Some of the seat cushions need to be repaired., had rips in them. Worn out cushions. The waitress was very nice. Nice placeother than that. Read more
