Place is garbage, 3 flavors of froyo, milkshakes and smoothies are watery.
Mostly run by teenagers. Can't trust the hours posted since they would rather have fun with doors locked instead of letting... customers in when they are supposed to be ppen. Read more
Clean place with fro-yo and lots of toppings. Pay be the ounce. They do have ice cream, it is in the back.
Frozen yogurt is average. You won?t hate it. You won?t love it. And they are sticklers about metering out sample cups. Makes... the experience very so-so. I prefer de?lishi. Read more
Will definitely be back! Great mocha chiller...watch out SBX! Kiddos loved the froyo. Bestie has been converted from "come over... for coffee" to "let's go for coffee." I plan to try a muffin next time. Owner was working this morning and she was justfantastic. Super friendly and so smiley with my kiddos. It felt like visiting a friend more than being at a business. My wife and I stopped in here after lunch at Subway. Coffee and creamery sounded interesting. The lady working was very nice and... friendly. We ended up getting a Mocha coffee chiller and it was delicious! Even better than Starbucks Frapps. We had a wonderfulexperience and enjoyed our after-lunch treat. I am from Roanoke and was in town for a taekwondo event which means I?m busy all day. I was in desperate need for coffee but... don?t like to waste money at the larger coffee chains. I love supporting local businesses. So I found Koolies. Best. Decision.The customer service was fantastic and the Vanilla Latte I got was delicious. I definitely would recommend this place to anybodyneeding a coffee fix or sweets. Read more
