One star is for this store. We waited for 45 minutes inside the store for our two Detriot Deep Dish pizzas. "45 MINUTES"! Yet... there are lots of pick up that went ahead of us. If you have a choice to order somewhere else for pizzas, I RECOMMEND TO GO ATOTHER LOCATIONS. Skip this store because you would be wasting 45 minutes of your time! Read more

No idea of the pizza was good, stood at the counter several minutes only to never be helped. Heard employees yapping, the hot... boxes had plenty of food, I guess they just really aren?t interested in selling pizzas. We have ordered from this store twice. Both times they completely messed up our order. We ordered a custom pizza this time and... they sent a PLAIN CHEESE!!! They basically over baked it..and VERY dry! First time pizza was tasteless. Horrible experiences. Read more

This is the 2nd and the last time we will order Door Dash from this location. Last time we didn't get our sauces that we paid... extra for which is fine we can let that go. This time we were shorted a whole pizza AND the sauces again. I told my Door Dashdriver that our order wasn't right and she told me I had to contact the store. I looked up the number and the number was nolonger in service. It's a shame Little Caesars was always our go-to because it was good and cheap. Read more

I usually don?t make posts like this because I?ve worked food service and know how hard it is, but this is just unacceptable.... Our order was completely wrong. We ordered a plain custom cheese stuffed pizza and when we opened it up, there was pepperoni onit. I didn?t even select pepperoni, in fact I did everything I could to make sure I DIDNT get pepperoni. The crazy bread wasliterally raw, I didn?t realize til it was literally in my mouth and noticed it was too chewy and tasted weird. There was no oneat the counter the whole time we were there, and a paper sign saying that they were closing at 8 pm. I don?t really blame any ofthe individual workers for this, because this seems like it?s a management issue. If they?re understaffed to the point wherethey have to close early, either somethings wrong with the way management treats their staff or management straight up isn?tdoing their job correctly. Sub-par experience on our first visit to this location. The "Hot and Ready" pizza we were unfortunate enough to leave with was... undoubtedly READY when we arrived but was not, by any means, HOT. Said pizza was, however disappointingly, both cooled to thepoint that the cheese had finished congealing atop the product and had, in doing so, taken on both an unappetizing taste &appearance as well as structurally metamorphosing into something more akin to raw rubber than the foodstuff it was - or so Ipresume, at any rate - initially intended to be. While I cannot - definitively - say that the intestinal distress with which Iwas forced to attempt to deal (what seemed to me to be a rather suspiciously short time period) later is indisputably linked tothe consumption of the product in question...I can, at least to my own personal satisfaction, make enough of atentative-yet-reasonable connection between the two parts to suspect a direct correlation does, in fact, exist in thatregard. I will, instead of gambling on another terrible experience at this particular location, drive just a little fartherdown the road and be a patron to a different Little Caesars franchise entirely (*of which, thankfully, there are a great manymore from which to choose). Disappointing and unsatisfactory experience: In fact, it would be not only 'entirely fair' butalso 'wholly accurate' to say that the reported interaction really & truly did manage to "...leave a bad taste in my mouth..." -not just in a loose/vague proverbial sense, but equally in a very tangible/specific literal sense, as well. SCORE: C+/- (*agrade which might be somewhat overly-generous and so is, in turn, only awarded with this Reviewer's slight hesitancy theretoappended). Read more
