I ordered a quarter pounder last night and only asked for no onions and no cheese. They followed my request but decided to not... add lettuce or tomatoes. Drive through could move a lot faster if they had more than one drive through line. They play entirely too much in there. Went by the drive-thru to place my order 15 minutes before closing and was told there was no soft serve when I got to the next... window I asked why and the person at the window didnt know and had to go ask someone else and the response was that they wereclosing, which is understandable but if that was the case everyone should be on the same page. The young man that was handing usour food was a bit disrespectful,we asked him what time do they closed and his response was don't you have a clock in your car?Did you want to go back around? It was not a pleasant experience,especially because I didn't know the store schedule! Thequality of customer service should not be thrown out the window because of closing. Got my order completely wrong. Half of my fries on one of meals were missing and they didn?t give me sauce for my nuggets. I visited this location on 11/21/20. I will start by saying that yes, I know this is fast food for one, and for two, I highly... doubt any person of management or an owner reads or care about reviews. I ordered via the app before arriving. Once I arrived, Ilet the app know I was present for them to start making my order. Due to a long drive through line, I figured it would be easierif I go inside, since I already placed my order. I ordered a Big Mac meal for my little brother and a plain, bunless baconcheeseburger for myself (I?m doing keto). Upon walking in, it looked fairly clean. There was hand sanitizer by the restaurantand sneeze guards. There are signs for social distancing, although it?s really not enforced. I was not acknowledged at all by amember of staff. It look about 10 minutes to get my order, which is sad because I could?ve just went through drive though. WhenI got my order, I had a burger that wasn?t mine. It was a bacon McDouble regular. If I wasn?t doing keto, I would?ve taken itbut again, can?t have bun and it looked like it had mustard on it, which I don?t eat. It took me standing at the pick up areafor 2-4 min before someone coming to me to ask what was wrong. Apparently, my burger was ready and someone had given me thewrong one. They couldn?t take back the burger, so I kept it and gave it to my little brother. There was no apology or anything.The lady told another staff that she gave out the wrong food...
