I didn't get any food on Friday because the staff was too busy and ki d of rude and I waited over 10 min. and rhen walked out.
Went through drive-thru. Wait was not bad. Food was hot.
this place is very hit or miss. So that?s why I always feel bad leaving a review. Bc it seems when certain people are there they... are GREAT. but typically it?s not. Not only is the staff rude, but they don?t get your order right either. She refused to takemy code on the app. So not only did I pay FULL PRICE for my sandwich but it wasn?t correct. I will be going back when I get offwork to get the owners information bc he has got to get these employees together. Read more
Lady taking orders for drive thru was rude and didn't even put in ehat I had ordered correctly....ordered 2 sausage egg... mcmuffins 1 crispy chicken biscuit 4hashbrowns 2 teas and large caramel iced coffee...was rung up for 2 hotcakes only and 2hashbrowns..then wad told to fix it at the window when told that it wasn't right....once order was received no chickenbiscuit..hashbrowns were oily and mcmuffins were burnt black around edges. Amazed at their ineptitude. It's the closest to our house (under 1 mile away) and we'd avoided this particular McDonald's for... nearly 3 years. Our granddaughter wanted it so we tried it. As usual, the person taking her order (drive thru) acted like we'dinterrupted him in the middle of the night to ask him about his car warranty. Sighs, and repeatedly asking "Is that all" aftereverything. Then of course, the order was wrong. No onions are now extra onions. Add mayo means "don't y'all your own mayo athome? " Dr. Pepper means Diet Coke. I know many restaurants are experiencing staffing shortages but a real quick way to go outof business is losing customers due to bad service. Read more
Just stopped here to use the restroom and get a quick bite. 2 females left the bathroom only washing their hands with water... because there was no soap, my son said there was also no soap in the men's room, as I walked to the counter, i witnessed bothemployees back to work and neither went to a hand washing station. Im standing near the counter, the smell in their so bad, itmade me sick to my stomach - likely from mildew in their mops. Disgusting store! Would never stop there ever again! Read more
I ordered two 2 for $6 Fish Filet with no tarter & 10 piece McNugget & a Quarter Pounder with no onions & another fish filet for... my son & I. The fish filets & nuggets were ok but the Quarter Pounder WAS COMPLETELY RAW, extremely pink. I have pictures & mycomplete receipt, this location is HORRIBLE WHEN IT COMES to food preparation. When traveling late at night, we stopped at this McDonald's because no where else was open. Only drive thru was open, dining... room was closed, but we had a bathroom emergency. Luckily a nice worker let me in anyways to use the restroom. Greatlyappreciated! Read more
