Ordered a quarter pounder and was served a raw burger, literally. The manger and employees kept hanging up as I was trying to... figure out what could be done. They wouldn?t release the name of the cook or the manager on shift either. Read more
Very fast service. I usually do come when it is not terribly busy, so I find that ordering on the app is not necessary, at that... time. 3 minutes does suggest that it is not freshly made, but it is hot, and pretty tasty, overall. The dine-in area is alwaysclean, as are the restrooms. Read more
What's the point of a third party delivery system if the franchise itself can't make the order correct.... Received my food the fries tasted like they were days old, soggy and cold. Chicken Nuggets we?re still partly frozen and to top... it off. The quarter pounder was raw as seen in the photos. I will be contacting a lawyer as this is pure laziness and couldseriously make someone sick. Read more
