Ordered a quarter pounder and was served a raw burger, literally. The manger and employees kept hanging up as I was trying to... figure out what could be done. They wouldn?t release the name of the cook or the manager on shift either. Read more
Very fast service. I usually do come when it is not terribly busy, so I find that ordering on the app is not necessary, at that... time. 3 minutes does suggest that it is not freshly made, but it is hot, and pretty tasty, overall. The dine-in area is alwaysclean, as are the restrooms. Read more
What's the point of a third party delivery system if the franchise itself can't make the order correct.... Y'all think cause... y'all tape the bag, the the food shouldn't be accurate or even correct!?? Y'all wild for literally getting a simple sandwichwrong... So yeah 1 star. (Edited 2 mins later.) I ordered the shamrock mcflurry. It came in this tiny water glass with the mcflurry top over the top and the spoon in it The... cup was overflowing with vanilla ice-cream running down the sides. There was a small squirt of mint on top and some oreo pieceson top. Nothing below. A messy cup of vanilla icream for $5. McDonald's- DO BETTER! Read more
I am completely fed up with the terrible service from this McD location. Every single time my order is incorrect. They can't... even get it right accidentally. I always have to inspect my order (forgot a drink this time) and got a small fry amount for thelarge fry price. Speaking to the management has done nothing to correct the issues which began well prior to the pandemicstaffing shortage. With Chick-fil-A around the corner, I would think McD would at least make an effort. Read more
Received my food the fries tasted like they were days old, soggy and cold. Chicken Nuggets we?re still partly frozen and to top... it off. The quarter pounder was raw as seen in the photos. I will be contacting a lawyer as this is pure laziness and couldseriously make someone sick. Read more
