Food ordered was hot and fresh. Ordered 2 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets and 2 double quarter pounder with cheese. Glad we... checked the bag before pulling off. The 2nd 10 piece was not in the bag. Went through the drive-through and ordered two strawberry shakes. Cashier said they were out of strawberry so I said chocolate... would be fine. Then Michael, I found out his name later, the manager told the cashier that they had strawberry. When they handedme the shakes at the window they looked more vanilla and strawberry. I asked the cashier if these were indeed strawberry and hisresponse was yes they taste like strawberry. I got down the road and discovered they taste like vanilla. When I went back to geta refund, Michael the manager acted like I was a nuisance. Did not apologize for the mistake. Instead of refunding to my card hewent to the back of the store and got cash. I come to McDonald's because my kids love it. We came for dinner and it was the worst experience we have ever had?. First they... took more than 20 minutes to give us the food after ordering, I went to the cashier and the lady was super rude letting me talkto myself. After all, the manager came very calmly and handed the order directly to us...the other two guys in the kitchen weremaking fun of the whole time, they took out the garbage with the same gloves that prepared the food...they did it with the bestbad intention... it really is the last time I will visit this franchise Read more
