I love McDonald?s fries! But More often than not when i come here to this store i get refried, soggy, stiff, and unchewable... French fries, double fried mcchickens , sometimes just plain soggy. And i say that to say if your going for a quick fry run ,asking for them saltless or fresh doesnt work here. Dont even bother. These jerk offs had the drive through lane wrapped around the building. I finally get to the microphone and the person wants to... say, "cash only right now". My mind is absolutely blown. McDonalds...seriously..nationwide, worldwide. You can only take cash..what in the hell is going on with y'all?! Get it together. This is the reason why your establishment is last o my picks on fastfood choices. What a joke...I hope your supply change kicks rocks..last time I ever go here. I'd rather starve. And do t send mea generic "I'm so sorry" email. Have your area directors direct your store managers to guide your teams and give them the toolsthey need to succeed. I stopped by here at 2:08am on a Sunday night. I ordered a large caramel mocha with no whip cream via the app. I went through... the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, I was told they didn?t have it so I got a large mocha frappe instead. The wait wasfairly short. It was a little thick but it was tasty. I enjoyed it. Read more
Dekwan who brought us out our food after using the mobile app was an angel! He seemed like he loved his job so they must take... great care of their team members! Ive never been SO scared and mad with this McDonald's, the cook fixed my order which was a 2c all the way extra onions, I'm... eating my sandwich and realized half way through its raw. I mean brownish on outside but pure 100% in the inside. I'm so scaredright now bc I don't want to get sick from eating RAW meat. Read more
Used my rewards points in the app. Got a free ice cream cone and asked them for a side of caramel topping at the bottom of a... sundae cup. Then I put the cone in my Sundae cup and this is my .50 Sundae creation ???? ???? Other than my recommendation touse the McDonald's app every time you go there because of the great rewards program, this McDonald's was timely mannered eventhough busy. Nothing was wrong with my order. Customer service was fine nothing out of ordinary but nothing to complain ofeither. Overall it was as expected should be from fast food. Thanks McDonald's ? Read more
Worst McDonald?s EVER! My daughter was supposed to get a four piece chicken nugget happy meal but instead got a 2 piece and a... pitiful order of a quarter full cup of fries! I stood up at the front to show them and get some assistance but I stood there forwhat seemed like forever and never got acknowledged.
