My fries were flaccid and uncooked. I ate them anyway because I?m pathetic but that?s not the point. When I pulled up to the... window, all I could see was my own sad reflection in the glass. There was no employee in sight. I thought they had abandoned mejust like everyone else I love. I had to go inside to get my food. They were rude when I came in as well. All I wanted were somefries man. And instead I was reminded of why I have trust issues. Avoid at all costs. Read more
I went to the door at 9:50 pm and it was locked. I stood outside a moment and a pleasant young man came to the door and said I... could come in to order take out. He said the dining room closes at 10pm yet on the door it states that the dining room closes at11. I told him I do not do take out but wish to sit down and eat. He mumbled something about kids being inside. This McDonald'shas disappointed me every time, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, and even before that. I will never try again. This location is the worst. I hope when I do go there that they would get something right. Never surprised when they don?t. This... time I got stale buns, on the boarder of moldy. The extra sauce was none existent. The 6 pcs nuggets happy meal was only a 5pcswith a single order of kids fries and no apple slices. My wife got a double fish sandwich ( gag) with extra sauce but receivedone with no sauce. ( double nasty gag). Sorry but this location will never get anything right. Saddest thing ever. Read more
I kept going back, more for convenience but also to see if I was just getting there during bad times. Consistently rude... employees that could care less about you being there. So I drove up gave my order and tried to use the app. to receive the breakfast sandwich for the which was valid for that day... anyway ,I asked before I paid that Iwanted to use my points she said I couldn't I could only get them I asked why could I notget the sandwich with and the meal she then says your meal is $7.25 ok so I can't get the other sandwich and made an argumenthad the other two managers come up they took my card walked around the store to only give my card back still only paying for themeal with no matter not solve or getting the deal with the app. Read more

I live a 5 minute walk from this location yet after 2 years of hoping that every once in a while the experience could be... positive, I am faced with the definition of insanity. In a rush this morning I waited 10 minutes for them to bring me the wrongorder. The employee was nice about it but it's every time with this place. We came here last night. We had ordered bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meals and a Big Mac meal. When we pulled up,... the person immediately said they only accept exact change or credit cards. She then said if we do not have exact change and wepay with cash we will not get any change back. I explained I had purchased online and gave her my code. She said they were outof all the quarter pound burgers and I would need to go back into the app and cancel my order, that they could not help me. Idon't think she could have been more rude if she had tried. I looked at the menu, and almost all of their hamburgers had a linethrough them. They had no money in their cash register in no hamburgers. This must be the new McDonald's way. Read more
