Ordered 2 meals online for quick pickup. Got to the store 20 minutes after I put the order in. Still had to wait 25 minutes... until it was ready. 45 minutes for 2 meals. Not a single person dining in or in line to order. Just a room full of peoplewaiting 30+ minutes for online orders. There was a gigantic puddle of water by the drink machine. The rug was soaked and apuddle under 2 full tables. No wet floor sign. After waiting forever I Got home and had no silverware in the bag. We just movedinto a new house and have no silverware. Had to drive back out to a convenient store for some. Horrible experience, no sympathyor explanation from the employees. I love the food but this will be the last time I got to this location. I always love Noodles and Company. Although they have a variety of noodle bowl dishes, however, my go to dish is the Spicy... Korean Beef Noodles. They are so flavorful and delicious. I get my bowl without cucumber (no substitution) because I'm not atotal fan of cucumber. You can customize and substitute any item on your bowl with anything else on the menu. You have a choiceof the Regular or Small. I always choose regular because that's the larger size. Sometimes I even order two regulars becausethat greedy spirit kicks in. But they have shareables, salads, soups, sides, potstickers, dessert, and drinks that you can alsoadd to the order to make it a complete meal but my bowl of Spicy Korean Beef Noodles is a meal all by itself to me. Whichreminds me, I still have a free Rice Crispy to retrieve from last month before it expires. That was my birthday gift! Make sureto sign up for the rewards because you can get things like that and use your points towards your purchases. Read more

They have a lovely sign up saying online orders only, dining room closed, and won't take carry-out orders from walk-ins. They... also have a history of messing up my online orders & this is a huge problem when you have dietary limitations or are trying topick up for someone who does. Unfortunately? Both apply today, so I don't think I'm going to come here again unless I haveother things to do in the shopping center. That said, the food is good when the order isn't messed up, which is normal when youorder in person. Read more

I usually try to always leave 5 stars when I can, but I can?t here. Although the visit wasn?t horrible, but it could have been... so much better, especially for the price. This place is way too overpriced and the food is not worth the price in my opinion. Igot the grilled chicken Caesar salad and we got the potstickers to share. Salad was good but the potstickers were over cooked. Read more

Stopped by for the first time this evening. It was clean and the food good. We both had salads which came with a rather small... piece of chicken and split the large order of chicken pot stickers. A bit pricey for what you get but I would definitely eathere again. Read more

Went at around 7:20 me and my Co worker have never eaten here. The food was amazing as well as the pot stickers. The staff was... friendly and helped with all our questions 10/10 will be coming back to try other noodles! Read more

*Update Feb. 2022* Everything has gotten better: the ingredients, the flavor, the taste, the staff. This location has crushed... it! This time around, I got fried tofu and Korean BBQ. It was as good as I remember it. The dishes were good and full of flavor.The Japanese Pan fry was satisfying. The bbq mac n cheese and plain was really good. I didn't think it would be, but it was. Very disappointed! My daughter ordered us some food on line, were told it would be 20 minutes. Went to pick up dinner, and the... place was busy. There were several people wanting to pick up food, and I tried to tell the young man at the counter the name onmy order, he told me that they were working on it. I hadn't even told him the name. I got there 25 minutes after the order wasplaced, and ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes in the restaurant trying to get someone to check on the order. When Ifinally did get the young man to check, after having been told by him that he was busy, he couldn't find the order on theircomputer. He looked around, and the order had been sitting there since I had arrived. It was soup, Mac and cheese, and a salad.In their infinite wisdom, they placed the hot food on top of the cold, and after having to wait as long as I did, the soup, andMac and cheese were tepid, and the salad was getting warm. Don't know what to tell you, other than I will not be back. And Idon't like being treated like I'm a bother when I am a paying customer. It as definitely not worth the $36 I spent. Read more
