My order was partially incorrect, flat bread that should have been margarita wasn't and had so much Chipotle on it that it was... inedible. If I could give a zero star I would- management is horrible and does not treat staff well, curses at staff, degrades staff.... Management does not provide adequate training, or support to employees. The quality of the food is horrendous as training is notsufficient, support is not given and cleanliness is second to just keeping head above water dealing with customers and preppingfood. I use to love this Panera, but something has gone wrong. I was serviced by the most sweet, respectful young man this afternoon... when ordering my soup. Three of my 1st attempts were not available & I understood. My issue that I will not understand, is whythe *drink area was infested with bugs*. There was no diet soda available so I opted for tea, until I saw not less than 30- 50flying insects. Looked closer and they were on every drink machine, on the ceiling and many, many more bugs on the floor aroundthe drink area. There were at least 2 workers that could have easily handled this since one of them was eating a bag of chipswhile I was being serviced. This made me not trust my food. Tables were dirty had to ask for one to be cleaned, cashier ( blue/ green hair was very rude) ordered something to go a Pick... up 2 with Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and tomato soup, place was empty still took 15 minutes. Got home to eat my salad and therewas fly in the container. I will not be back. Read more
This location is terrible. Bathroom and tables are always dirty and orders are frequently wrong. Our order today was 10... minutes late and missing an item. When we asked about the missing sandwich, we were told that they didn't have the sandwichavailable - but they were more than willing to let us walk out of the store without telling us anything about it. At this pointmy card has not been refunded for the item either. Go to another location or somewhere else. Read more
Horrible horrible service! I went to the Pisgah-Church location a couple of months ago one morning before an appointment... somewhere. I prepaid and ordered online and giving time for them to get my order ready before arriving. I got there and not onlywas my order not ready, but I had to stand there for over an hour for a sandwich! I was very upset! No one apologized ornothing! Ok fast forward to today. I thought to give them a call to see if I could place a breakfast order, but when someoneanswered and I asked about placing the order they hung up in my face. I have made up my mind, I give up on this place. They areterrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Read more
this panera i thought was super clean compared to lawndale and i was right but unfortunately when finishing my salad? there was... a hair in the bottom. i give two stars because the manager Brenda did refund me, give me a free meal and a free dessert. iappreciated her try to accommodate me after the misnomer but i do think the staff should wear hair nets. i?ve lost all hope withpanera (so many recent bad experiences) and sadly, they?ve lost a valued customer for good. I ordered a baker?s dozen of bagels only to find out I was given 11 in the sealed bag. Not worth the drive time (15 minutes) to... get the two bagels Panera owes me. Not the first time I?ve had bad service at this store. And to think I gave a tip. Read more
