I don't have the option to do no stars but we called this restaurant on 9/30 to place an order. The girl said it went thru on... our card in the amount of $47.54 but the order was not placed. We never got our food. She told us to contact the restaurant. Ichatted with, Rodel on Papa John's website(while my wife called Papa John's back and no one answered) they said they could nothelp us with the refund and directed us to the store. My wife called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Pablo by phonewho informed her that the restaurant was closed due to no power due because of storm Ian. She followed up via email on 10/10.She didn't get a response from him. Here we are almost 2 months later and no one has contacted us. What kind of customer serviceis this? Management need to do better. Where is our refund?????? Read more

Terrible service managers don't know what they are doing I have made 2 orders with them and both times I have waited an hour or... longer and was told I would still have to pay full price for pizza that was cold and the cheese was burnt I advise everyone tostay away from this papa johns Read more

Most of the time my order is good. But when I placed an order yesterday part of my order was a papadija and in it was onions... that I did not ask for and because of this I wasn't able to eat it. Won't be ordering here again anytime soon. Thanks Read more

On the day after the snow/ice storm of January 16, I had trouble finding a pizza shop which was open and could make a delivery... to a friend of mine who was snowed into her apartment in Greensboro. Despite the very poor road conditions, this Papa John'sstore was open and able to make a delivery. They delivered a pizza and some chicken in 30 minutes. A job well done. Thanks. Read more

I forgot to add to my comment the real reason I am also disappointed and felt that it was an action taken against me for... complaining because ....I called the location to detail what was wrong with my pizza. I asked to ensure the pizza was being madeprior to me having to drive back up to the location. So that I could be back quickly to eat and breast feed. The young lady gotsomewhat sassy saying ?yes ma?am that?s what I was already planning.? For me to arrive and after both inspected the pizza andmade a comment stating it was kind of burnt...I asked where is my new pizza. I was told it had not been started and the twoyoung employees didn?t have the business sense or common decency to return a call detailing I would receive a refund or remakeof the same and not the thin crust requested. I wish I had taken a photo because the pizza was far from fluffy. My originalpizza almost appeared to be a thin crust so I decided to order one to avoid the same issues. I will say if this is the policy,all employees should follow so that this one incident does not seem vindictive. Read more

I ordered the shaqa-roni...and paid for an extra topping...I was told my pizza would be done in 13-23 minutes, so I arrived... 15mins later to get my pizza...I rushed in and out due to the rain only to find that my pizza was luke warm as well as lackingtoppings...pizza n tasted as if it had been sitting for a while...This was very disappointing to say the least. I ordered a works pizza. No pepperoni on it. Didn?t even bother to call about it. Also ordered Parmesan cheese and red pepper... flakes. They were forgotten but were on receipt. Will not order from papa Johns again. This is just the latest on a long list oferrors. Read more
